Place was gorgeous and spacious! There are two hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed the hot tubs. Host responded promptly.

Great place, Great room only problem was the Battery for the door must’ve died or something because when we went to go back to the room the door wouldn’t unlock when the code was put in. Tried contacting the host but no response till the next day when we had already gotten a hotel. But he was kind enough to refund us for the one night. Definitely would stay again though.

We had a great view of MTN & a nice fireplace all in all it’s a very nice place to stay the only thing you can here everything going on up stairs

Just what I was hoping for! This place is so cute! I just wanted to stay in the condo and not go out. You will LOVE this property! The drive up the mountain is scary, so go as slow as you need to get your bearings. Remember to make WIDE turns! If you don’t heed this warning you’re going to find trouble. We arrived later because we stopped to see family and it was very dark navigating the mountain. Not recommended but it’s doable. Also note that people LIVE here and be respectful of them commuting for jobs. We pulled over where possible to let them around! We did not use the pool, or the hot tub because of our own time constraints. Safety conscience, I packed a couple grip rugs for the bathroom, and a grip shower pad which were not provided. I also packed my own towels, throws and pillows, but there were plenty of towels and blankets and pillows provided. My motto is to prepare. There are more steps to navigate. And a word of caution for elderly, yellow stripe at door is needed. When we arrived, we all wanted a shower but there was no hot water most likely from a tripped circuit and host fixed the next day and no issues. Now, you can enjoy!!! You will love the sunrises! I woke up every morning to watch them!!!! It was warm, so no need for the fireplace, but it’s a working f/p and for a fee wood is provided at office. I will stay here again!!Host has done a beautiful job furnishing the place and it is so nice, and clean! It is now, “our” happy place!! Thank you to our host!!!

We had an amazing Tennessee vacation while staying in this cute, clean, and lovely condo. We wanted a relaxing getaway with a beautiful view, and we got it! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning, taking in the mountain views. Benches outside the condo also had great views of the mountains in both directions so we could see sunset and sunrise both! We saw bears pretty much every day, which was a huge bonus! This property is high up on the mountain, which is exactly what I wanted. If mountain driving isn't your thing, maybe stay down in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge along the more touristy stretch. But for us, the mountain setting was perfect---not touristy, crowded, or too urban. Even so, we had everything we needed within an easy jaunt. The indoor and outdoor pools on the condo complex were perfect for my son. Ski Mountain Pizza just down the mountain had yummy food for a good price and was very easy to pickup at the end of a day. We visited Dollywood, North Gatlinburg Park (perfect for a picnic, playground, and time by the river with no admission and free parking), Ripley's Aquarium, Davey Crockett Mini Golf (super fun course with funny "characters"), Old MacDonald Mini Golf, a mountain coaster, plus time in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. In Gatlinburg, we found "The Village," which was super cute and had yummy donuts at The Donut Friar (bring cash!) and coffee/tea. A great time! Would love to stay again!

Mountain views were great. Watched the sunrise both mornings. Everything was conveniently thought out. Only negatives were no soap in one bathroom. We just used the Palmolive from the kitchen. Some of the electrical outlets weren't working/ loose as phone chargers wouldn't charge as connection wasn't tight. Overall would definitely recommend

Great place!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect place for our family to stay. Everything was clean and as described. Our kids also enjoyed the views and the bear sightings from the balcony.

Too many steps for my 84 year old husband who has mobility issues. Not sure sheets were fresh, they were pretty wrinkled. Otherwise place was very clean. Did not like going up mountaintop road to get there. Not the best place for elderly people but we still enjoyed our stay & condo was decorated very nicely.

Great place to stay!

Property is so peaceful, condos is comfortable and clean, views are awesome! First drive up the mountain is a little scary but thats part of staying in the mountains and all worth it for the best views around!

My stay was Nov. 2nd - Nov. 7th. Everything was perfect, the host, the amenities. The condo was comfortable and inviting with a perfect view of the Smokey Mts. The only disappointment was the hot tub that had too much chlorine, which was irritating to the skin.

Place was clean and nice. Way up in the mountain gives a good view! Parking was very easy with a large parking lot. Host was very communicative. We didn’t use the fireplace, but there was one. A few things I’ll say that doesn’t have anything to do with the host and more about the construction of the property itself: the walls/floors/ceilings are PAPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING going on around you. This was never much of a problem for us, but I felt bad for others around us that may have heard our crying children. Another thing, the space where the refrigerator is isn’t very large. If the fridge is scooted too far to the left, the door gets stuck open, if it’s scooted too far to the right, the door won’t open all the way. Didn’t affect us much, just had to make sure it was shut. The faucet in the master bathroom is backwards - so the knob that would traditionally be hot is cold and visa-versa. Not a huge deal to us, just something to know. We had a great time during our stay! Definitely recommend for the views alone!

Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Veiws were incredible! Only downside was the neighbor next door was playing loud video games at night. Otherwise every was great!
