Unwind in rural Fayetteville at this marvelous lake house. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen, king, full, and trundle twin bed - guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include refreshing showers and a bidet for added convenience. Enjoy the sights and sounds from the covered patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit, front porch rocking chairs, or a real fire from the outdoor fire pit with a grand view terrace. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a restful night or enjoying some downtime, this serene retreat offers a fabulous place to recharge. Experience the magic of Beaver Lake at our newly renovated home. We also provide two kayaks, one canoe, and two paddleboards. Only 30min to University of Arkansas campus. If you want to bring your own boat, we have boat parking and a neighborhood boat ramp just .25 miles away.

The home was prepared so well. The hot was ready as soon as we arrived. All beds were really comfortable. And although the other homes had guest it’s still so quiet and peaceful

Very peaceful place to stay. The beds were so comfy. Clean and refurbished home. Best for a weekend away. Seems a little far from the Univ. of Arkansas campus due to curvy back roads. Otherwise, no complaints.

Came to town for college tour with a couple of students. Great space. Used the spa one of those evenings. Front porch has nice views! Hands on owners. Great service. One of the best VRBOs we have experienced. Close enough to town but distant enough to get away from the noise.

The rooms were clean and the house was easy to access. Spacious enough for six adults and we had company over at times. Beds were comfortable, the hot tub, and kayaks were a great addition!We really enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Great property that had all of the things you need to have a great vacation. The bay is really nice and very accessible. Nothing but great things to say. Family of 5 with kids 15, 13, and 11, they all had a blast. Great hiking and great parks within 30 min. You are a bit secluded, which is exactly what we wanted. About 30 min to most things.

My husband, Drew, and I take pride in managing the properties ourselves. Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed and well stocked so you can focus on enjoying your stay. We're nearby and responsive if you need anything, and we love helping guests experience the best of Beaver Lake, Fayetteville and NWA.
