Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condominium in Desirable Winter Park, Colorado! The location is prime; only 1 mile from the lifts at Winter Park. Enjoy a resort atmosphere with great amenities like a sparkling indoor pool, and 3 hot tubs at the club house only a short walk away from our front door.

Enjoy a large end unit with Really Nice Wooded Views and Views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park ski area. This Condominium is open and airy with views from every window, and is very spacious, approx. 1,000 sq. ft. The Master Bedroom has a pillow top King Bed with full bath and large double sink vanity, the Second Bedroom has two new pillow top twin beds (which convert to a king bed if necessary) with its own full bath, and the LR has a very comfortable plush pullout sofa, and a plush chair, overlooking the gas fireplace and a view out the sliding glass door.

There are TVs in both bedrooms and in the Living Room there is a 50 inch flat screen TV, and DVD player in the Living Room, and DVD players in both bedrooms. Living Room is open and airy and there are views from the window and sliding glass door out onto a deck with view of the Continental Divide and ski area.

The deck has chairs to sit on in the summer to relax and enjoy the wooded views. The front patio can also be used to relax and enjoy the view of the wildlife and the woods. We offer all the conveniences of home. There is a Safeway Grocery Store approx. 10 mins. down Hwy. 40 in Fraser. The Snow Tubing Hill is in Fraser. There is ice skating in Winter Park, and world class snowmobile tours directly across Hwy 40 offered by Grand Adventures (walking distance from condo).

Beaver Village Clubhouse, just a few minutes away and is complimentary with your stay. Hot tubs, Indoor year-round heated pool, sauna, , game room, locker rooms with showers and towels provided. Free WIFI in Condo, if you need to catch up on things while the kids are exploring the slopes, trails, and woods located just steps away. Laundry facility @ clubhouse.


The Condominium is also located within walking distance to downtown Winter Park shops and restaurants! In Winter Park Ski area a Free Shuttle Bus is available right outside the Condominium door, and runs every 15-20 minutes. It is only a two minute drive to Winter Park Resort approx. 1 mile. The Free Shuttle Bus is available to take you to the local restaurants and shops in the Towns of Winter Park and Fraser and usually runs until 11:00 p.m (subject to change).
