Ski-in/ski-out modern condo w/access to shared hot tub, firepit & fire place

Inside this beautiful condo, you will find accommodations for five. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room (sleeps 2) and an ottoman that folds out to be a twin bed. The condo has cable TV both in the living room and bedroom. Finish the day in front of the gas fireplace or enjoying the views from your private balcony. Enjoy cooking in a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. This unit is located on the far end of the hallway which should make it quieter as there’s less foot traffic than units closer to the elevator.

9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Founders Pointe offers a large outdoor hot tub with fantastic views and BBQ's are located on the amenity deck in the center of the horseshoe-shaped building. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Parking fee outside ski-season is free
Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day).

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

SUPER clean and Owner responded in seconds. Highly recommended for Winter Park Colorado

The condo was SUPER Clean, had amazing views of the mountain, and the owner responded in seconds to questions. If you are looking for a nice one bedroom mountain get away this is it. My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was amazing . Walking distance to everything. The hot tub that access is included to was huge and great.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I attended the annual blues festival in Winter Park and found this condo comfortable and convenient for the two of us. We especially appreciated the free parking garage and proximity to the local shuttle service. Everything was clean, the kitchen seemed well stocked for the meals we cooked, shower was great, bed comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the dishwasher to run, but eventually figured it out. Wish we could have opened more than one window in the bedroom, as there was no overhead fan in the bedroom and the temperatures during our stay were pretty warm. These two things were only small inconveniences, however, because overall everything was just fine. We loved the location of the condo community and would definitely return on another visit to Winter Park! Thanks!

Good value - could use a little refresh

Great location and value for this ski condo. Furniture is a little old and uncomfortable. The bed should definitely be replaced. The furnishings did not completely match what is shown in the pictures but were close. And incredibly, this condo had an envelope asking for additional money forhousekeeping in addition to the 125 they charge for cleaning!

Perfect location!

There is nothing bad to say about our stay. Unfortunately, Winter Park closed a couple days after arriving due to COVID-19, so we had to leave before completing our stay at the property (maybe the mgmt company will have mercy on our souls). However, the condo couldn't have been better, really. I'd recommend to anyone to spend the extra money and stay here due to the wonderful location and awesome rooftop hot tub.

Ski condo

This place was perfect for what we needed- somewhere to sleep so we could go skiing. It's small, but pricing was correct. It's located a short walk from the gondola, not too far to carry your skis. Underground parking is nice; note that it costs extra. Communication was good, and I didn't have any problems with the property. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

Great place to stay

Very clean 1 bedroom condo. Close to everything at Winter Park. The single fold out bed is better suited for someone younger than 14. Not super comfortable but would be fine for a younger person. Also the living room is very tight if you have fold out couch and single fold out in use. Big hot tub was available and our kids enjoyed it.

Good location, but definitely a walk in ski boots and with equipment. Parking was great. Reviewer Comments: Description of property was accurate and condo was nice, clean and updated. Appreciated having cooking supplies available. Bedroom got very hot, even with sleeping w/ the window open. There is no ceiling fan, which I would recommend, and the box fan that is provided did not produce much air. Even though we had the heat turned down to 55 degrees, the condo stayed around 69 degrees for some reason. Also, it is labeled as ski in ski out, but it's a pretty good walk to the gondola. You have to walk across the street and through the village, which is not fun in ski boots. Everything about the condo itself was very nice though.

Convenient location, needs upgrades

We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in WP, usually in homes in the Lakota area. This was the first time we’ve stayed in the ski village @ WP. Pros are the convenient location, good parking, and functional space. Cons are that compared to other homes we’ve rented in WP, this one was pretty run down. Furniture is very worn, light fixtures are wonky (loose bases / shades), and no smart TVs so you can’t access Netflix or other streaming providers. We were looking forward to a night in watching a good movie, but would have had to watch on a laptop, which wasn’t ideal. Also had to clean the pots and pans before using because they all had dried food on them. Not their fault, but the hot tub was taken out of service during our stay. The listing advertises that it sleeps up to five, which is accurate, but it would be extremely tight quarters for five people. I’d consider staying @ Founder’s Place again, but I would try to find a different / better unit the next time.

I was a little bummed that I missed that there wasn’t a gym onsite but everything else was great. It was my own error though after looking through so many listings.

Great Location

Great location, 4-5 minute walk to gondola, well equipped kitchen, great spot for a few friends or small family. Excellent large hot tub. Looking forward to returning next year.

Close to lifts

My husband and I came to WinterPark for a short getaway and loved how close the property is to the lifts. It’s not ski in/ski out, but about a 7 minute walk to the Gondola lift. It was clean and just as described. We would book again!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo!! It was a pretty good setup for our family of 4. Pullout best were decent for the few days we were there. The bathroom was spacious, which was really nice. I do wish the cabinets were a little better stocked (it needed a few spices, basic condiments, ziplock bags, foil, Tupperware, etc). We were not given hot tub towels, nor enough towels, but we figured out how to make it work. A drying rack would also have been nice to have. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the building, amenities, and proximity to the village. Thank you for a nice spot!

Great first ski trip

Our family enjoyed our time in Winter Park for our first family ski trip! Would recommend this condo and location for proximity to lifts and dining etc!
