This property was absolutely stunning. Pierre is on top of his communication and was so friendly. I look forward to our next visit to Fort Myers and renting this beautiful house again.

House was perfect. Beautiful, modern new built. Great location. We used to come every 4th of July before the hurricane and stayed at our timeshare on the beach that was destroyed. Loved that we were able to see the fireworks from the house. We were blessed and will definitely be back.

We felt like movie stars! The property was amazing - even better than the pictures. Our friend group takes an annual fall trip and this was just perfect for us. Here are some things we loved: 1) All bedrooms had their own bathrooms and were very comfortable. 2) The kitchen - holy moly, that island was spectacular. 3) The outdoor space - we were in the pool a lot with the tv on watching football. 4) It was within walking distance to all the cool stuff, and just a short walk to the beach. 5) Communication with the host was easy and informative.If we had to say a negative, the only thing we could think of is we wish there were more wash cloths. However, there were two sets of washer/dryers so an easy fix. Not much of a negative- haha It was pretty perfect and we would definitely choose this place again!

Pierre was fantastic to work with and able to help me with an accommodation we requested. We had a very minor plumbing issue which was nobody’s fault which he resolved very quickly. The property was even more magnificent in person with every amenity a group would want and was an easy walk to everything. My only regret is that we did not take better advantage of the beautiful kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect!!! Pierre and the property could not have been more accommodating. It was excellent being back at FMB! We used the home for our "work family", there was plenty of space for the group and privacy! Thank you!

Our family just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful new construction home in Fort Myers Beach, and we truly can’t say enough good things about it! Traveling with a large family can sometimes be challenging, but this house was absolutely perfect for bringing everyone together while still giving us plenty of space to relax.The home is brand new and it shows—everything is spotless, modern, thoughtfully designed, and it has an elevator!One of the highlights was the location on the inlet. The water views are beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting outside in the mornings with coffee and on the patio in the evening, while the kiddos played in the pool. Another huge plus is the location. The beach is just a short walk away, which made it incredibly easy for everyone—from kids to grandparents—to come and go throughout the day. We spent hours enjoying the soft sand and Gulf waters, then walked back to the house to rinse off and relax. Even better, there are tons of restaurants, shops, and places to grab ice cream or drinks all within walking distance. We rented golf carts to get us around town, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. No need to rent cars, unless you plan on getting off the island. This home truly made our family vacation special. It had everything we needed: space, comfort, beautiful views, and an unbeatable location. If you’re planning a trip to Fort Myers Beach with a large group or extended family, this rental is an absolute gem.
