Welcome to Chill'n on Lake Anna, your private getaway on Lake Anna’s warm side. This spacious 5BR, 3BA lakefront home offers over 3,300 sq ft of beautifully updated living space — perfect for families and groups up to 10 guests.

Enjoy mornings in the sunroom with lake views, afternoons on the deck, under the gazebo or on your private dock, and evenings soaking in the 6-person hot tub under the stars. The modern kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances, while the finished lower level includes a game room and walk-out access to the hot tub and lake.

Outside, unwind on the spacious deck, fire up the grill, or relax in the gazebo. With 200+ ft of waterfront, a sandy beach, and ample space for boats, this retreat has everything for a perfect lake escape. Inside the boat house you’ll find two kayaks and paddle boards, life vests for adults and children, beach chairs and lounge chairs.

Located on the private "warm" side of Lake Anna, close to local wineries, breweries, and marinas — it’s the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure.

Make sure all doors are locked and exit through the side entrance by hitting the lock button on the keypad as you leave.

Our family and dogs loved our stay! The home is beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing time on the lake! I would recommend staying at this beautiful very spacious home!

We had an amazing vacation at the Lake Anna House. Host Robert was quick to answer all of our questions, and the house was clean and very comfortable. We had four families there, and the house fit everyone comfortably, with many areas to be without feeling on top of each other. Located with a great view of the lake. The kids arranged a fishing trip that let them come to the property's lakeside to pick them up and drop them off. It is also well located for history excursions to nearby Monticello Plantation of Thomas Jefferson (38 miles away) or a day on the lake right there. Definitely a place to come back to.

We have a very nice long weekend stay. The property is on a nice large grassy lot, perfect for the dogs and kids. Lake view from the sunroom was pretty. The home was clean and very nicely appointed. We would return.

Great house for an adult “big birthday” weekend. Comfortable bedrooms, four seating areas with nice couches, upholstered chairs, games, pool table, TVs. Outside was very nice as well. Thoughtful layout with a nice outdoor concrete converted porch near the lake, kayak/SUP equipment. Easy in and out of the inlet which was perfect to start off on water adventures. Grill on deck was set up well for cooking and extra basement fridge helped take care of our meal needs. A great spot for a long weekend at lake Anna. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.The living areas were just as impressive, with plenty of comfortable seating options for everyone to relax, chat, or watch a movie together. It really felt like a home away from home.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The amenities of this house were amazing. It’s extremely spacious with a lot of different areas to hang out and congregate with bigger groups. I especially enjoyed the lake views from the sun room and strolling down to the dock. Added bonus: it’s pet friendly which is always appreciated. The kitchen also came with a lot of appliances and the beds were very comfortable. I had to work remotely for a few days and the fast internet was great for that. Will definitely rent again.

This was our first lake house vacation and we had a wonderful stay! It is a beautiful home and the hot tub was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the kayaks and paddleboards and the beautiful views. Owner was super communicative and helpful. Thank you!

This house was amazing. It was our home away from home my family of 7. The house is beautiful, the property is amazing, and the boat house and lake were beautiful. We have rented a lot of lake houses for vacations, and this one was definitely our favorite. We will be back!
