Welcome to Windward Pointe 1203, a beautifully updated three bedroom, two bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps eight. Located on the 12th floor, this Gulf front retreat offers stunning views and plenty of space for families or groups.

The living room features floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and lead out to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, perfect for enjoying sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. A flat screen TV and comfortable seating make it a great spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining table, providing everything you need for meals at home.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom includes another queen bed, ensuring plenty of comfortable sleeping space for your group.

The view was great. The outdoor cushions that you use to enjoy the expensive view was horrible. They desperately need replaced. There was not enough towels and we washed everyday. We got there early and the management company wanted to charge for early check in although the room was ready. The cost was already outrageous and then to add on extra just because we were an hour early was ridiculous. Other than those few things, it was good.

The condo was in a great location. The furniture was very uncomfortable. Sofa was old and very uncomfortable. Beds gave everyone soar backs.After driving 10 hour we arrived two hours eartaly. Unable to check in early. Went grocery shopping and came back at 3:45 unable to get into the condo until 3:58. However they wanted us to let them know when we check out. I understand your check in policy, but after renting several condos over the years this was the first place that would not let us in earlier. Once we did get in we had to go back to the grocery store for coffee filters.

We’ll have housekeeping and our property team inspect the sofa and mattresses, deep‑clean or replace items as needed, and reinforce our quality checks. I also apologize for the early check‑in wait. We try to accommodate early arrivals when possible, but can’t allow access if turnover cleaning isn’t finished. We’ll review our cleaning schedule and pre‑arrival communication to reduce delays and keep guests better informed. I’ll also make sure starter supplies like coffee filters are consistently stocked.
