Spacious Mountain Home - 9 min to Downtown Breck

Relax in this 3,200 sqft home perfect for large family gatherings. This 5 bedroom house is perfect for up to 12 guests, and just 9 minutes away from downtown Breckenridge where you can ski all day and come back home to enjoy the sauna and hot tub. Enjoy the outdoors in both winter and summer with a fire pit and beautiful starry night skies.

Gather together in the main level living room or the upstairs family room which has a varied selection of board games and puzzles for all ages! Enjoy the views of Mount Quandary and the surrounding national forest while using the hot tub and the sauna. The large dining table easily seats 12 people so everyone can share a holiday meal together.

Step out onto the deck and enjoy the night sky while warming yourself up by the fire pit. We hope you enjoy your stay with us, and please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!

The house was big, clean and conveniently located within a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge and close to the trails we enjoy. Cindy was promptly communicative and even let us check in a few hours early. The amenities such as the sauna and hot tub were awesome. We accidentally left something in the house when we checked out, but Cindy made sure that item was mailed to us. All in all a great stay!

We had a wonderful Christmas Vacation at this property. Plenty of room for all of us and our ski gear. Huge dining room table that fit all of us for meals and game nights. Plus an awesome game room upstairs. This property has amazing amenities. The host, Cindy is warm and welcoming - our communication was very quick and she answered any and all questions we had before and during our stay. Highly recommended this property!

What a gem this house is! Conveniently close to Breck and tucked off to the side so it's nice and quiet. Also the house has PLENTY of space and most of the rooms has their own thermostat, I've never seen that before. Best part was it snowed overnight and when we woke up someone had cleaned the driveway for us! Well using the hot tub after skiing was also really nice. Would 100% stay again!!

Great location very short easy drive to Breckenridge Ski resort and the town but far enough away for beautiful dark night skies. Beautiful spacious home with lots of room for the crew to spread out. Very nicely stocked kitchen, huge dining room table and two different dens. We really enjoyed the gaming table and all the very cool board games upstairs. We were surprised to find our bathroom and bedroom floors were heated! Our host was super responsive to any question or need. Highly recommend.

The hosts, Parker and Cindy, were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The house and outside views were even better than the description and the photos.The views were spectacular from every angle of the house. The front view was a panoramic view of Mount Quandry and the back was a national forest. In autumn, the front view has a massive group of Aspen trees which will be glorious. There was a beautiful hike about three houses away. It felt like you were living in a forest.The home was newly remodeled with interesting furniture and beautiful paintings. There was a huge dining table that could sit 12 people. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the game room with a large TV viewing couch and game table. I couldn't believe how many games and puzzles they had.The hot tube and sauna were very relaxing and a great way to wind down from a hike or a day of skiing.The neighborhood was very quiet with other beautiful homes. All the homes were on large lots so very little noise.It was only about 10 minutes to get to Breckenridge. We went on numerous hikes only a short distance away.I highly recommend this home for a stay in Breckenridge.

We had a wonderful week staying in this house with four families. It was just right for us all! Plus, it was conveniently close to town and super comfy and peaceful quiet.
