The house was very nice. It was also in a great location. It was wonderful to have a golf cart to get everywhere. The screened in porch was nice to relax in the mornings, and off the porch there was a trail to walk around on. The host had great communication, which helped for a smooth check-in. Overall, great stay!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! From the ease of communication, hospitality, cleanliness, and location, it was one of those places you never want to leave! The house is darling, beachy, and cozy, set in a quiet little neighborhood, and a quick bike ride or golf cart ride to all of the amenities and the beach. Even a tropical storm couldn’t damper our trip! Jeremy was an excellent host and I would highly recommend staying here.

We stay here with our family of 4 with kids 2 and 4 years old. This place is awesome for a family to be able to enjoy the beach, Watercolor area and pools! We love it. It was clean and easy to check into The golf cart was awesome to shuttle around. The host was great! 6x stars if it was possible :)

This was a fantastic home in Watercolor- beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It felt like home. I was initially concerned about the proximity to all the Watercolor amenities, but with the golf cart, this was no issue! Camp Watercolor was an easy 5 min ride. Dragonfly pool was very walkable from the house and it was nice having the open space off the porch for our kids to play. Our family of 4 loved the home and the community, and we would definitely come back!

Loved this property! I’ve never been to watercolor/seaside before and this house was perfect! Beautiful, loved the back screened in porch. So convenient to go grocery shopping or to the beach. We had teenagers with us and they biked everywhere. The house was a good set up for them too. The host was so responsive. Responded within seconds even when I overlooked the bike codes in a detailed email that was sent. I highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for our family. It is clear that this is someone’s “home” that they invite others to share from time to time. It’s clean, tastefully decorated, and everything works! We had friends who rented from one of the commercial property managers in Watercolor the same week as us - the difference was stark. This is someone’s vacation home, not a hotel room - it had what we needed and it all worked! We also appreciated the use of the pack and play for our 2 year old to nap in. It saved us a lot of trouble by not having to pack or rent one. The host is also an excellent communicator if you have questions or needs.

Perfect, quiet cottage for families

Loved this house. Clean, great amenities, loved the golf cart. The back of the house backs up to a greenway that’s quiet and tranquil. We would definitely rent this cottage again.

Wonderful Property & Location

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The house had plenty of space for 2 families. We loved the golf cart! Watercolor pools were amazing. Close to everything.

Summer vacay 2020

I enjoyed the home and the well stocked kitchen! It was beautifully decorated and very peaceful. We used the porch, the bikes, and the golf cart every day!
