Welcome to your modern carriage house getaway in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. This elevated home blends comfort, style, and unbeatable walkability — you’ll be just steps from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, top restaurants, local coffee shops, boutiques, and some of the city’s best hidden gems. And the showstopper? Your very own private rooftop patio with incredible skyline views — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed designed for a great night’s sleep. The home comfortably hosts up to four guests and features 1.5 bathrooms with refreshing showers, fresh towels, and handy hair dryers. Heating and air conditioning keep the space cozy year-round, and an iron and steamer is available if you want to stay sharp while you're here.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors or gearing up for your next adventure, the carriage house offers a bright, calming retreat in the middle of everything. The walkability is unmatched — you can walk, bike, or ride anywhere — while still enjoying the quiet charm of a residential neighborhood.
30-Night Minimum Stay
This carriage home is offered as a mid-term rental. We require a minimum stay of 30 nights. It’s the perfect home base for work assignments, travel nurses, relocations, or anyone looking for a comfortable, fully furnished place to settle in for a while.
