Located in the very clean and well-maintained Nautical Watch resort, this 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo provides beautiful views, a bright open layout, and unbeatable access to the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're traveling as a couple or bringing the family, this spacious unit is designed to make your beach getaway effortless and enjoyable.

The condo is located on the top floor (third floor) with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The open-concept main floor features a fully stocked kitchen with all essentials, including a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, and bar seating with barstools. The living area offers a large flatscreen TV, spacious sectional sofa, and direct access to the private balcony with premium seating overlooking the beautifully maintained community pool area. A stacked washer and dryer are also located on the main floor for your convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include:

MAIN FLOOR:
-Bedroom with king bed, flatscreen TV, vaulted ceiling, and OCEAN VIEW
-Full bathroom
-Fully stocked kitchen and open living area with large flatscreen TV
-Private balcony overlooking the pool

LOFT:
-King bed
-Full bathroom (ceiling height is lower and ideal for kids)

Each sleeping space and living area is equipped with a TV for entertainment and relaxation.

Nautical Watch Resort offers a beautiful community pool, grilling areas, and a private beach access just steps away from this unit. One free parking pass is included and will be in the unit upon arrival. Please note that there are no elevators at this resort, so stairs are required to access the unit.

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises, ensuring a clean and refreshing space for all guests.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
