The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked and thoughtfully designed with mirrored accents and windows that allow you to enjoy Gulf views while cooking. Just beyond the kitchen is a stylish bar area, perfect for entertaining or evening cocktails.

A spiral staircase leads to the second level, where you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a private bunk room that can be completely closed off—making it ideal for families traveling together.

Nearby attractions include Rick Seltzer Park and St. Andrews State Park, where you can snorkel, fish, explore the jetties, or take a shuttle to Shell Island and spot dolphins along the way.

Golfers will enjoy nearby courses such as Bay Point, Signal Hill, and Holiday Golf Club. Dining options abound, including Duplin Winery, which opened locally in 2023. For shopping, entertainment, and events, Pier Park is just a short drive away.

-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
