The house was very nice. Features were high end. It was very quiet there. It was close to Hayward field where we were watching state track. Easy to get to and from the stadium.

The house was great. The only issue is tht the book says to start the washer and the is not listed on the checkout summary on the virbo website. There was no laundry detergent to start the washer. Great house and host. Would rent again. Thx!!

Thank you for the lovely ten 10 star review! We have had almost all 10 star reviews from all guests! The brand new state of the art LG clothes washer is auto-dose meaning it has detergent already inside so no need to add extra detergent. Guests, no need to start washer or anything, we cover that. Cheers!

The place itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only issue during our stay was that there was active construction taking place directly above us in the main residence. The noise was disruptive, and we were surprised because this was not disclosed before our arrival. While the host was responsive to our concerns, I believe future guests should be informed in advance if construction will be occurring during their stay so they can make an informed decision when booking.

Stayed after attending the DUCKS playoff game. Hotels were very overpriced and this fit our needs. A bit of an odd layout, but it was clean and nice. Took a second to find the bathroom switch under the mirror. I was expecting a Townhome based on the name but it's really a lower level ADU on a very nice house. Thank you for sharing your space.

The Licensed Property Manager Real Estate Agency labels the property a (Luxury) Townhome which makes sense. The layout is very flexible providing access to bedrooms from multiple routes providing a brilliant and convenient layout. We can place a sign or label for the light switch and place a night light in th room for convenience. Agreed, the home is a very nice luxury unit.

This is a basement apartment, definitely not a palace. The listing is misleading. It was unclear that the unit is directly below a family home, in which you can hear constant plodding and walking around. You can even see lights from the stairwell that goes up into the family home. Few windows, it is dark with little light. The unit was clean and extremely spacious, almost in a weird way-Okay for a short 1 night but not somewhere comfortable to spend lots of time. We didn't need it, but there is one singular AC unit for the entire space, not in the bedrooms, no apparent fans available.

The home is palatial at almost 2,000 square foot of space in size with high-end features and very private. Welcome gift (bottle of wine) was provided to the guests! There is custom tile and luxury carpet in all rooms! The bedrooms are spacious and private! The dining room seats six and is large with solid oak furniture throughout. The living room is comfortable and spacious! There are brand new LG AI washer and dryer! The massive kitchen boasts a pantry and a gas stove/range and oven. There is a convenient KEURIG machine and K-cups provided with a microwave, dishwasher and high end refrigerator. The entire patio and palatial spacious grass yard and manicured rose garden await! There is a stainless steel Bar-B-Q grill on the patio for guest use! No issues were communicated to me from the guest; if there was an issue, I am attentive and resolve any issues immediately. The northeast and west facing operable windows provide ample light! The luxury robust LG air conditioner can be moved to any bedroom or to any room; fan(s) were and are available in the closet if needed. There are oversized luxury 100% cotton towels provided and high end Macy’s and Nordstrom 100% cotton sheets and blankets in the two large and comfortable queen size beds in the bedrooms! All comments and reviews have been positive and very strong!

This was great place to see family and celebrate graduation. The spacious dining area and kitchen along with a yard made our gathering a breeze. The property is near campus and I-5 and in a residential neighborhood, utilizing a quiet walk-out lower level. The BBQ is a charcoal tailgate grill and there was a Keurig coffee maker w/o pods but grocery stores are nearly. The host was very responsive, the unit is clean and my niece and nephew enjoyed the included chess board.
