This Eugene retreat features three bedrooms two full bathrooms a full kitchen, dining area and cozy living room. It has a beautiful outdoor area for the ultimate relaxation and It is centrally located in Eugene. It’s less than a five minute walk to a lovely park with a bridge that crosses over the Willamette river directly to Valley River shopping Mall. You’re less than a five mile drive to beautiful downtown Eugene, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Fields. There is a cohost that lives on the property in an apartment behind the garage. There is one shared wall his kitchen to your kitchen but your rented space is completely private. The garage is not part of your rented space.

Cozy Stay

The Vrbo was great. Easy to get to and close enough to our event. There was good seating both inside and out to fully enjoy the property. The beds were nice and comfortable as well. Would stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful landscaping everywhere. Sitting on the back covered patio was our favorite thing to do here. Very clean and nice bedrooms.

Great location that is convenient to all the newest spots for dining and shopping. Beautiful property with a gorgeous back yard of trees and flowers that makes this a unique find. Lovely host family that respond promptly to any questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Beautiful Garden - Quiet & Relaxing

A few feet from a beautiful park...love the bridge. Short walk to mall. Beautiful yard..super comfy. All it needs is a washer/dryer option for a longer stay. Great hosts too!

Excellent Location

The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues.

The Host was a fantastic communicator. The home was well equipped and the host believes in the “ have something leave it for others to share. And use what others have left”. That always makes VRBO experiences so much more fun than hotels. The host was extremely accommodating to my family, and I am so grateful for that. The home was very comfortable and is furnished with beautiful antique pieces. The air conditioning worked well and each bedroom had a fan. The back yard is large and the flowers were so gorgeous. It is on a very quiet street that was lovely. The location was very close to downtown for easy access, but due to the quiet street felt like you were not downtown. The beautiful backyard was very nice; the house and furnishings nice, really liked the wall hangings, the nice fruit bowl was an extra I thought especially nice, lots of coffee pods, lots of towels, etc. We were a bit surprised that the co-host actually lived in an apartment in the attached garage. Lots of room for family to visit with us.

Its in small cozy community centrally located in beautiful Eugene. Our home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac just three houses away
you will see a beautiful park that runs alongside the Willamette river with a bike path that runs through the city and into the next town Springfield. You can also walk or ride a bike over a foot bridge right into the shopping mall parking lot Valley River center. We are less than 3 miles away from downtown Eugene 5 miles away from beautiful U of O college campus, Autzen stadium and Hayward fields.
This home is so close to anything you might need or want to see on your visit.
