Any issues or questions that occurred (all minor) were quickly answered and resolved to our satisfaction. The cabin interior was nicely renovated and very well maintained.

It was a perfect little getaway. The pictures accurately represented the property great location central to Fort Bragg and Mendocino very nicely updated the hot tub was clean and warm and ready for us when we were ready and the property felt very private with a tall fence surrounding it.

The property was just as described if not better! The communication with the managers were excellent and immediately when they realize that the expensive lawn or backyard had not been mowed, they did it right away. And that’s the only negative thing I have to say except for it was a Great Pl., Pet friendly comfortable beds, great linens, and enough in the kitchen to cook to your heart‘s desire, and the hot tub was warm on arrival! Definitely, I would rent again!

Even though we had the issue with the water pump, the property was nice. I would rent it again.

This house is exactly as advertised! My husband and I went up for an anniversary weekend and felt right at home in the cozy place. Between ourselves and our two dogs, the home felt plenty spacious for more people. The bed was comfortable and plush! The updated bathroom and kitchen were great. We loved the yard, but since the ground is mostly dried brush, our dogs picked up quite a bit of burrs in their paws, though it was an easy fix to remove them once we came back inside. Overall, would recommend this home to others looking for a great central location to Forg Bragg and the activities around it.

The home was clean, beds were comfortable, the towels were large and soft and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we were even able to see the fireworks on the 4th. If I had a negative, it would be nice to have a dishwasher since I did do some light cooking while there. Also, my husband walks with a cane so it would be helpful to have a handrail for the steps into the front door. Overall, it was a place that I will definitely book again.
