As advertised. Clean, sunny, close to the sea. Quiet, restful. A beautiful yard, lots of space. Our new favorite place in the Fort Bragg area.

We loved our stay on the Mendocino Coast! The home was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Easy access to the beach and coastal trail made it especially enjoyable. We’d happily return!

The house and location are amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of board games and puzzles to keep us entertained through the night. We absolutely try and book here again.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood and was everything the description said. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained inside and out. We have stayed in numerous VRBO houses and it was a pleasure to stay in a home where everything worked as it should. There is an additional unit behind the main house so in some cases you would share the fire ring and back yard with someone which could impact your privacy and should be disclosed.

I would like to point out that the main house has exclusive use of the fenced yard, including the fire pit. The cottage, if occupied, has exclusive use if its fenced yard, creating two areas of privacy. We hope you will select us as your hosts should you return to Fort Bragg.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental house in Cleone, California. The location was perfect—close to beautiful coastal attractions while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owners were fantastic to work with, providing excellent communication before and throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was well-equipped with great amenities and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The property was so welcoming with a friendliness in every room and the wonderful yard and garden. It was pet friendly for our little dog and our whole family comfortably enjoyed themselves. The walk to the beach was a special treat. Thanks so much

The stay was excellent for our family of five. The home had plenty of space for us to hang out, have meals, and relax after a day at the beach or a day of activities in Fort Bragg. There were plenty of things for our kids to do and were kept entertained during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are comfortable. Also being close to the beach was a huge plus. Definitely an incredible choice to stay at.

Perfect place in Fort Bragg

Our stay here was bledded by a Doe and her 3 babies munching in the yard. The house was very comfortable and the location was a perfect distance fro town. We would definitely stay here again

Weekend family trip

We had a great time staying here! The kids loved all the activities in the garage. The property was super cute and very comfortable for our family of four! We enjoyed walking to Ward Ave beach access each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Fort Bragg

Great property with all amenities (well stocked kitchen, plenty of games) and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed watching the deer from the lovely backyard. Great location, close enough to town, friendly and highly responsive owners.

We were quite surprised to get your review over one month since your stay at our property; the long delay is unusual. And, we were shocked at your 2 star rating. Your positive comment is very contrary to your rating. In addition, your rating is so different than all of the other ratings of 5, with comments regarding the exceptional location, amenities, host communication, and cleanliness. We altered the house rules to allow you to bring 2 dogs and offered early/late check in/out to enhance your stay. You contacted VRBO with a comment a week prior to your arrival, when you failed to respond to my correspondence. We corrected the housekeeper blunder which has no impact on the quality of your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience you feel. We strive to provide a wonderful experience for our guests, which is evident by their ratings, comments, and reflections left in the guest book.

Fantastic family place.

We felt welcome and very comfortable from he start. The house and yard were perfect for our toddler and pets. very nice neighborhood and so close to then beach and haul road.

Great place with everything you need.

We enjoyed the neighborhood with a short and easy walk to the ocean and beaches. This home has everything you need and the backyard is beautiful! The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with! Definitely will stay here again on next visit to Ft Bragg.

Our second visit to this home.

We enjoyed a great get away from the inland heat. Was beautiful weather. We enjoyed the house very much. Saw many deer and a baby deer too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. Loved the back yard garden and fire pit at night. Saw beautiful deer out back. The game room was great! Close to beach, love the area.
