No beach access the building seemed scratchy and stunk so bad plus down the hall was a body found and building needs updated bad … I go to the beach I want to go to the beach had to walk down the road or drive somewhere to get on the beach … crazy

Cute stay, nice view

While the building is older, the studio has been updated. Accurate description. Brooke was communicative throughout if I had any questions or requests. Can’t beat the view and beach access! Overall good stay.

Great Condo! NO POOL!

overall condo was really nice. only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because there was no pool as pictured looked like they filled it in. condo came with snacks and water also had all the essentials needed that you wouldn't normally get booking at a hotel. overall, a 5/5-star place just can't give it 5 since there was no pool.

Great place to stay

We got to our room and the ac was out but I called the owner and they were on it and had it fixed fast we had a blast and the place was very clean and nice 5 stars for sure I can’t wait to come back next year!!!!!

Cute condo

The condo was just as it looked in the pictures. Everything was provided and it was very clean. The building itself is older, and the elevator is in a dark part of the garage. Lighting should be improved for safety.

Nice, clean place with an awesome view

2 part review: 1) the condo The condo looks just like the pictures showed. Most of it has been updated and the view is terrific. The checkin process was very easy as the instructions from the Evolve team were very clear. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Bed was very comfy. Overall would stay there again. 2) the building/experience The building is older and the interior could use a refresh. Parking was good. We knew the pool was closed due to the hurricaines, not an issue for us. What as an issue for us was the 2 days of jackhammering to dismantle the pool while we were there. Made it almost impossible to sit out and enjoy the ocean for those 2 days. There was also other construction going on at the hotel next door but that was tolerable.... esp. compared to the jackhammering. The water was also off in the building for one whole morning which was inconvienent. Again, I would definitely stay there again but I'd probably wait until the pool construction was complete.

Nice studio condo on the beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Daytona Beach Club. Goods: 1. The studio condo was clean and accomodating. 2. The queen bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bath had all the necessary amenities we needed. 3. Good central location on Daytona Beach with covered parking Not so Goods: 1. The wifi network name that was provided in the guest book was not available as an option. Being a vacation condo, there were about 50 options, but none of them were what was provided so we had no wifi internet access during our stay. I reached out to the contact that was provided to assist us during our stay and they never responded to my texts. 2. Dishwasher is broken. We didn't cook a full meal, but had to hand wash all dishes. 3. If you are going to be out late, make sure you take the key with you or you'll be locked out of the building/stairs. We made this mistake and had to wait around for about 20 minutes until luckily someone happened to come by with a key to let us in to the lobby.

Comfortable Beach Retreat

The studio was comfy, clean and in a convenient location on Daytona Beach. Would highly recommend it for a week long stay or a weekend getaway. Had all the necessities and more.

BFF's Birthday Getaway

My best friend and I stayed to celebrate our birthdays. This cozy condo was exactly as picture and had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend! And as a plus, the pull-out futon was amazingly comfortable! Plenty of toiletries (shampoo, body wash , lotion etc) along with a blow dryer. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals but we took advantage of the great restaurants that were just blocks away. Great location with easy beach access. If you have children, they even had beach toys and essentials to take to the beach! We loved it and will be returning next year!

Really nice place! Hot at the beach and the air conditioning would cool you down.

Enjoyed a family vacation with my son’s and their families close by in the same complex. Quiet, cool condo.

Terrible Building, Studio in disrepair

Very dissapointed, we had to leave early and find another place to stay due to the overall conditions. Studio is in a building with less than desirable tenants. Mold on bathroom ceiling and shower curtain, chipped paint and a worn door frame and broken lock (not secure). View of the ocean could only be seen clearly through some windows as other windows were blurred due to age I am guessing. Property Mgt Company was responsive but only partial refund given.

Cute and clean beach front condo

The condo itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a beautiful view of the beach right from the bed, although the bed was not the most comfortable. The building that the condo is in is old and the interior hallway carpeting was disgusting and the place looked a little rough.

Great experience

Very clean, easy check in and out. Quiet area. Close to boardwalk. Closet has many things to borrow, beach chairs, raft, beach bags. Board games and books. Overall great experience.

Perfect place for two

My husband and I stayed in Unit 403 for a short getaway. This unit is perfect for two (there is a futon that sleeps an additional two people as well). It is very clean and check-out instructions are easy. The unit has everything you need for a low maintenance getaway. Brooke- our VERY awesome go-to person, was great and responded to our texts ASAP. (The only need we had was some extra towels.) The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, regular coffee pot, and dish washer. The pool is heated and the unit is steps away from the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
