Our property has been in existence since the 1960s and has stood the test of time, creating memories through the eras while hosting guests from all over the world. It operated as a motel with a front desk, experiencing its ups and downs over the decades. In 1999, it became a Condominium Association and today, each apartment is individually owned and operated.

●●→Our complex AC system is having issues, we installed a portable Ac for our guest comfort.

AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF.
The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.
