Welcome to Romar Lakes 305E, a comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps eight. This thoughtfully arranged retreat provides plenty of space for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

The spacious living room offers plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach, and it includes a convenient sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom also offers a queen bed, giving everyone their own cozy place to relax.

Romar Lakes 305E is a wonderful choice for a peaceful and convenient coastal getaway.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property is a little dated, but very clean! The only thing I would say that is needed is an area to clean up after going to the beach. Otherwise, great experience! The beds are super comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Romar Lakes. We had five adults and two kids. Plenty of room for everyone! The only downside was the pull out mattress. It was not a good mattress, but the couch actually worked fine. Two adults each in two rooms and the kids shared a bed. We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The grill is at the pool so we had to cook our steaks there. The beach is a short walk, but once on the beach- you have to walk a while because resort people get the places in front of romar. We also had to cross a busy street to get there, but the traffic was very responsive to the red lights which ended up being fine. We had a great trip overall and we plan to come back to Romar Lakes!!!
