The Reel Life at Orange Beach Villas - Orange Beach - Signature Properties

Centrally located and pet friendly, this charming Key West-style villa is perfect for families, business travelers, or sports teams visiting the area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this spacious retreat offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and a covered patio for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun.

Just across from the villa, guests can enjoy the beautiful sparkling community pool and outdoor grilling area. The white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of Cotton Bayou Public Beach are only a short drive away. After a day at the beach, head over to The Wharf for dining, entertainment, and shopping. When sports tournaments are in town, the Orange Beach Sportsplex is conveniently located just minutes from the villa.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for the whole family to enjoy together. After dinner, unwind on the enclosed back porch and enjoy the coastal evening air before settling in for a peaceful night of rest and relaxation.

This is a pet friendly property with the approval of Signature Properties. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each.

PET POLICY

We are pleased to welcome responsible dog owners and their furry companions!

My pet rule is as follows: (Dogs must be pre-approved by Signature Properties)
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.

Required Documentation:
Within 48 hours of booking, guests must email:
• Proof of current rabies vaccination
• Proof of vet-grade flea/tick prevention
• A recent photo of each dog

Failure to provide the required documentation within 48 hours may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Noise & Behavior:
To help maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, excessive barking or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Complaints may be reported to local authorities if necessary. Continued disturbances may require guests to vacate the property without refund.

Pet Waste:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste immediately. Waste must be bagged, sealed, and properly disposed of in the outdoor trash receptacles.

Damages:
If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify us immediately so repairs or replacements can be arranged prior to the arrival of future guests.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
