The inside of the location was very clean and appeared fairly new. The neighborhood was very quiet during the night and also during the day. We were aware from the listing that the apartment was on the second floor of a house. The check-in instructions did give correct directions to find the entrance (around the house, up the back staircase), however, the path around the house and the back of the house have no nighttime lighting. The back parking space was also difficult to locate at night. Pathway lighting along the side and back of the house would help tremendously.

We had a great stay! Location was close to downtown and easy to get multiple places. House was clean and perfect for all of our needs. Will be booking again!

Host responded quickly. Clean space. Within g ood walking distance to where we wanted to visit. Easy to get to airport.

The apartment layout was great, open concept kitchen, clean all around. Convenience was definitely present with all that was provided in the apartment. Location was key... walking distance to stores and 10 minutes from our family we came to visit during our stay. The host, Lana, made sure everything was provided for us to make us feel like home. We recommend staying here and will definitely rebook at a later future date!

The microwave fan doesn’t work and the WiFi is very slow, but the property is in a safe area and the room is very clean.

The place was just as pictured in the listing. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. FYI: Host uses all polyester sheets if this is a drawback for anyone. All soaps and basic supplies provided. Salt and pepper in the cabinet. Everything you would want for a brief stay. Pots and pans were in very good condition.Location was convenient and neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. No homeless persons or encampments anywhere near here.BUT…. There was no mention of the apartment being on the second floor with an exposed/ uncovered staircase. And the listing says designated parking behind house. It’s very hard to find if you are checking in after dark. First the house number is not visible at night and then access to back of the house is not right beside it, very confusing as there’s also no alley. After driving up and down the block and around the block we finally located the entrance. There is a very narrow drive that doesn’t look like a driveway around the corner on the side street adjacent to the house. More detailed instructions for check in would help and a lighted house number visible from the street is in order.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice & clean, comfortable beds and nice layout. Walkable shops/coffee/restaurants nearby. Great value!

Clean and comfortable apartment. Short walk to groceries, restaurants and the downtown waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome place. Our family loved our stay and we felt super comfortable. Lana was always responsive and offered extra fans during a heat wave. We also forgot a backpack after we checked out and she promptly notified us and helped us get it back. I would definitely stay again.
