The Space:
Experience the beauty and comfort of penthouse living at this gorgeously appointed condo in Tops'l Summit, an elegant Miramar Beach retreat that sits within an easy walk (or free tram ride) of the white sand shore. Come home each afternoon to 10-foot ceilings, an expansive balcony, incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a wealth of resort amenities and facilities at your fingertips.
Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not collecting seashells on the beach, you can dine at two on-site restaurants, take a quick drive or bike ride to Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or spend an afternoon hiking in the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
