spring break trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience as always. Love the room and the view. We have stayed here before and happy we got to use this condo again. Great overall experience.

Wonderful

Great property. Condo was clean, shuttle to and from the beach was very nice, activities on site were a plus also. Only disappointment was you had to pay to play pickle ball. That was not said in the listing. Overall, everything was great.

Family Spring break

Absolutely love this place. We come here at least twice a year. First time in this unit and the view was awesome. Unit was very clean. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.The pool water was just right for this time of year. Definitely be back.

Absolute Worst property I’ve ever stayed in

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don’t go by the photos you see! The furniture is old, soiled, and damaged! The flatware and all cooking utensils were dirty! Nothing was washed properly. Most of the flatware looked like it had been licked off and placed back in the drawer. The coffee pot nor the Kuerig functioned properly. Beds were miserably uncomfortable along with all the other furniture. When trying to report these issues I was supposed to contact HOA office in the Summit building where this unit is located. They will NOT speak to you. You must text a number given and wait for the “robot” to respond. They were of zero help! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Unfortunately they don’t realize how damaging they are to their selves. Please keep clear of this dump!!

Unfortunately this guest decided to trash the unit and left the toilets clogged and departed early. This resulted in a plumbing call and she was charged for that. This apparently angered her and she was allowed to leave a bad review. The unit is always clean in great shape and priced fairly. Please do not let this very bad entitled guest sway your booking opinion. The Topsl community is stunning and the unit is great.
