Jack is wonderful! Welcoming. Full of great advice about the area. The area is fantastic. Magazine streetis one block away with fun shops and restaurants. St. Charles st. With its street cars Is a short walk.The photos do not do the place justice. It's bigger and nicer than it looks.

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay at Jack's place! The neighborhood is great, felt safe the whole time. Trolley stop is close by and everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, great host in Garden district. Close to restaurants on Magazine St. Everything you need is provided, Jack is super helpful too

Pleasure Trip

Cozy and complete…..loved the neighborhood…..extremely safe. Couldn’t ask for a better place and the owner was fantastic. Very short walk to restaurants.

Great wedding weekend in New Orleans

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was super clean, only issue being tv inop. Location was great for everything we were doing. Would stay here again

Perfect for our stay

Our son was graduating from Tulane and this was the perfect place for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area was well stocked. The home is located in a very safe neighborhood Just a few blocks away from where my son lives. I would definitely stay here again. Jack was very easy to communicate with.

Great experience

Jack was a great host and very helpful. Wonderful location for exploring the city, a very walkable area. Apartment was as expected and had nice New Orleans themed decorations

Great Location

We enjoyed staying in this unit. The location is great - off Jackson, between St. Charles and Magazine. When a problem arose with the unit, the owner responded and we reached a resolution I recommend this property if you want to be in the lower garden district.

Excellent location to everything - great host

Everything we wanted it to be. Jack is a great guy and very helpful and friendly. The space was perfect for my wife and I. We felt like we were family in the neighborhood. A lot of places close by and not far from everything in NOLA.

Great place to stay in New Orleans

Perfect location in Upper Garden Dist. Close to Magazine St and Warehouse Dist. Easy drive to French Qtr and Frenchman. The house is clean, extremely spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of street parking available.

Awesome owner and property in Garden District

Really enjoyed Jack’s place! The Garden District is the best place to stay in NOLA. Great restaurants, took trolley to and from Audubon Park. Jack is an awesome guy and lives in other space in this duplex. He thought of everything: hand soaps, maps, shopping bags, etc. highly recommend.

Nice space in the Garden District! 🙂

I had a great stay at this property. Space was exactly what I needed for fun weekend in New Orleans. A convenient walk to good food a quick Lyft to some of NOLAs most cherished attractions. Jack was an excellent host! 👍🏾

great spot

We had a nice stay in this rental. We were very comfortable and the location is great. The only problem was with the TV not working. Jack was out of town but still did his best to remedy the situation.

Spacious with great location

Loved the garden district neighborhood vibe, including fling burrito restaurant. Easy trolley or bus ride into the more touristy areas. Apartment fully equipped to relax and cook - including sharp knives 👀. Friendly host too- there if you need anything. Bye New Orleans… we’ll be back

Jack is by far THE MOST AMAZING HOST I’ve ever had!! He was hospitable, welcoming, helpful & kind. I appreciate everything about his place & plan on staying there every single time I visit NOLA!!

Bucket list trip

Great host first of all. The location was perfect. Close enough to any and all possible entertainment venues but extremely quiet at night!! Walkable to streetcar stops, walkable safely for an evening cocktail as well. Parking was decent for NOLA and free at this location. Front porch to chill on, gated front area. Would and probably will return with this being our first pick.

Lower Garden District

Overall great stay at Jack’s place. Communication with Jack was easy and had no difficulties getting into the place. Everything was accurate to the pictures listed. The area felt safe and quiet and was positioned in a great location to travel around New Orleans. I would recommend staying here!

New Orleans Garden District Visit

Spacious, clean, up-to-date property. Great location. Nice host. Wonderful New Orleans charm with fireplace in bedroom and neat wall adornments. On-street parking, as listed, causes a little juggling but this is typical for New Orleans.
