Welcome to our private two‑bedroom garden suite with its own dedicated entrance—your space is entirely yours, and the only shared element is optional access to our family kitchen, offered per City of New Orleans requirements. We are proudly pet‑friendly (dogs only), and our fenced backyard and quiet, walkable neighborhood make this an ideal stay for guests traveling with furry companions. You’ll be minutes from Tulane University, Audubon Park, the St. Charles streetcar, and the lively Freret Street corridor. Free off‑street parking is included for your convenience.

Inside your suite, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom with blackout shades and a peaceful garden view—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. A second bedroom with a twin bed and trundle offers a flexible setup ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Your suite includes a private kitchenette with essentials for simple meals, snacks, and morning coffee. If you need a full stove or additional cooking space, you’re welcome to use our family kitchen during posted quiet hours, in accordance with New Orleans STR regulations.

For remote workers, the suite includes a dedicated workspace and high‑speed internet, making it easy to stay productive during your stay.

We welcome up to two well‑behaved dogs with a pet fee. The backyard is fully fenced for safe outdoor time, and we provide a pet waste station with bags and a dedicated receptacle. Our easy‑clean flooring and shaded, tree‑lined streets make this a comfortable and convenient stay for both you and your pup. Dogs must be vaccinated, flea‑free, and kept off the furniture. (Sorry—no cats or other animals.)

Step outside to enjoy the garden. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a peaceful retreat from the city. You’re welcome to relax in the chairs, enjoy the greenery, or swing in the hammock with a book or a cup of coffee.

As onsite hosts and longtime Superhosts, we’re here if you need anything—extra linens, lawn chairs, umbrellas, coolers, or local recommendations. We love sharing our favorite spots around New Orleans, but we’re equally happy to give you complete privacy throughout your stay.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood, with very kind hosts. The off street parking provides extra reassurance and is somewhat rare in NOLA.

I am a repeat guest— and I absolutely love this property. The location is perfect, the hosts are readily available and communicate very efficiently and kindly, the space is a good size with a beautiful outdoor space, and the beds are comfortable! Safe to say I’m obsessed. This is my second time in New Orleans, and I am confident every time I return I will be staying in this suite!

The hosts were friendly, very responsive, and so helpful. The home was clean and nicely decorated just as presented in the photos. Our rooms were neat, comfortable, and we got a good nights rest in the spacious bed. The area was good and we loved being able to park in the driveway instead of on the street. All the amenities we could have possibly needed were available. We appreciated Emily working with us on timing our arrival and giving us a quick tour of the rooms. We definitely recommend Jeremy and Emily’s place and will visit again in the future.

We booked this property to move our daughter back to Tulane for fall move in. It was very close to Campus. We booked for 4 people. Everything was available for our stay. Beautiful backyard. We will book again next year. The host communicated with us for move in and out but we had to no issues to communicate during our stay. Information in the property about things to do in NOLA. Everything went smoothly!!! Thank you!

Jeremy is an excellent host. Great communication before and during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry soap and other niceties. The yard is fully fenced in which our dog enjoyed, and had comfortable patio furniture and string lights for us to use. The location is great! Very safe and walkable to Tulane. Highly recommend for a couple looking for a weekend getaway or university visit!

Jeremy was a great host. He was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. His place was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book his place again, if we are back in the area.

Space was wonderful! Plenty of different sleeping arrangements, awesome kitchen and outdoor space. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond. Very safe location as well, and the off street parking was the biggest draw. Would definitely come again!

Adorable bungalow on a quiet street. Beautiful back yard and patio. Detailed instructions provided. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Lavender essential oil diffuser in bedroom nice. Hot yea, keytle and coffee nice amenities. Plenty of extra linens and sleep machines in every room.

Great location

The location was perfect. Wanted to be near Tulane for a long weekend. Jeremy was an amazing host. Place was super comfy and I loved the sound machines he had set up for our use!!!

Appearances are deceiving. The ad for the property shows a well maintained back yard with plants and flowers in abundance. The actual yard was very overgrown and not very inviting. I ‘d worry about bug bites and creepy crawlies. The picture of the “kitchen” does not accurately show you what is there. What looks like a farm house table that has been sawed in half and attached to opposing walls provides little in the way of counter space. The kitchen sink is actually a small shallow bathroom sink that is difficult to wash any dishes or pots and pans in. There is a full refrigerator, however it can’t be opened fully due to being placed facing a set of stairs. The main bedroom was fine although there was a musty smell. The “2nd” bedroom was actually a day bed in the main living room. There is an additional sleeper couch that is quite worn and you will sink lower than the frame after sitting for any length of time in it. Decor is quirky but adequate. The biggest issue with the unit is that it was NOT clean. The floors throughout were so dirty that 3 pairs of socks were blackened during our stay and my grandaughter who is in the crawling stage had blackened legs and hands after crawling on the floors. Mopping the floors thoroughly should be done before guests arrive. The shower curtain liner was black with mold/mildew along the bottom of the curtain. Replacing the liner is an easy enough fix. We did bring our pup and her crate with us. The neighborhood is very charming and walkable

We take cleanliness very seriously and thoroughly vacuum and mop the floors between every guest, which is reflected in our long history of 5-star cleanliness reviews. We also want to clarify that Bedroom #2 is designed as an open sleeping area adjoining the living room, with a door separating it from the rest of the home. Regarding the bathroom, we appreciate you bringing the shower curtain to our attention, and it has since been replaced. We value all guest feedback and will continue working to provide a great experience for future visitors.

Excellent!

I needed a place to stay while moving my son out of his dorm. Could not have asked for a better location or hosts. Quiet neighborhood, off-street parking, relaxing backyard/garden area, washer/dryer… and Jeremy and Emily were wonderful! I will certainly be staying there again!

Quick trip in NOLA

Jeremy was so friendly during our stay. When we got there the street was under massive construction, and he was so helpful in making sure we had a safe place to park. This rental is so spacious and homey, and the outdoor garden is truly beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

A Great Home away from Home

Jeremy and Emily's place was just lovely. The apt was exactly what we needed and wanted to come home to after a long and tiring day at Jazzfest. Their place was well maintained and came with a great eye for detail in the furnishings as well as the decorations. Jeremy was attentive to our needs and provided good support throughout our stay. We plan to come back to New Orleans and stay here again.

Convenient Gem

This is the second time that I have stayed here and already know that I will stay there in the fall. It is convenient for visiting my daughter at Tulane, running at Audobon park or eating at restaurants in the Garden District. I have enjoyed getting to know Jeremy and his wife, as well.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

Cozy, comfortable and clean. The unit is on lower level of a split-level owner occupied house and we could hear them making dinner and breakfast as well as some conversations - assume they could hear us as well. This was. It a problem for us but sharing for awareness

We have sound machines provided for guests to use, to cancel out sound that may be occasionally heard between floors. It appears Duncan didn’t use them.

Overall a good stay

The hosts were very friendly. I like the fact the house is within 10-15 minutes from major attractions . However, the neighborhood road is full of huge potholes so you have to be very careful when you drive. You share the VRBO with the property owners that live above you like an apartment so you can hear them walk across the ceiling occasionally. It was fine until I was woken up at 4:37am when I guess their dog had to go out. You also have to share the driveway which again is fine but you have to make sure their is enough room between yours and their car. If you drive a truck it's best to just park on the street, but it's pretty narrow and busy at times so you have to be careful. As far as cleanliness it was mostly clean. The pillow had what looked like mold on it which was concerning. The property owner changed it out and claimed it was just dye from a sock that got washed with it.... Hm. Again though overall it was a good stay.

Thank you for your feed back, I can understand about the pot holes on our street, we have been waiting for repairs for many years. We do our very best to keep transferred sound to a minimum and sorry we are you were woken! There are three sound machines to help with sound transference if needed. We have successfully shared our drive way with large vehicles with previous guests, and as long as both vehicles are parked to the outside of the driveway, we are able to accommodate them side by side. I assured you in the after you spoke to my partner, upon inspection the pillow did not have mold, I was certified in mold remediation following Hurricane Katrina. Really Nice Property and So Close to Tulane

I was in town for Parent Weekend and the location is so convenient. I ran a lot, so it was nice having Audubon Park nearby. Helpful, nice owner.
