Welcome to this beautiful coastal-decor house in Sarasota!

With three bedrooms, as well as two family rooms, guests find plenty of space to relax in the bright and airy home.

Open up the french doors to the screened-in pool with a large private area, featuring an outdoor sitting area and a grill. Perfect spot for your morning coffee! And evenings in the pool!

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring, going to the beach, golfing at the many courses nearby, biking the Legacy Trail, or enjoying quiet mornings, this peaceful retreat offers a marvelous setting for your vacation!

Make your vacation one to remember with a stay at our place! Near Pinecraft Amish Community! Also 15 minutes to Nathan Benderson Park.

A very convenient location and a private, quiet setting. The pool area was perfect. The interior was very nicely updated and extremely clean, We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful in Sarasota while staying at this property. The location is perfect. Tucked away so we could enjoy a break from our busy life but very accessible to all attractions, shopping, supermarkets and the beach. The home is exactly as pictured and the host is very easy to communicate with. It’s the perfect property for your getaway.

We had an incredible stay at this house. It was exactly as pictured and had everything you could ever need for vacation. Valerie was an amazing host with great communication and answering any questions with had as well as giving us great recommendations for local attractions. We will definitely be back for a future stay!

This is a beautiful thoughtfully equipped house for a family well appointed and up to date the kids loved the pool and had enough pool towels to keep them dry all day! Location is perfect few minutes from my fav eating spot Der Dutchman and close to beach.

The property was so nicely updated and had everything we needed! The owner even sent us and instacart order for dish sponges since there were none left when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Sarasota area.

Such a great home. Check in and communication was very easy. The home is very newly updated and has anything and everything one would need in their own home. The decor and furniture is beautiful and functional. I would give higher rating if possible. Super clean. Close to everything but private setting. The owner set this rental like a their own and everything was new and well provided for maximum comfort. We will be back.

Excellent property! The host was super responsive and very helpful. The pool was clean and inviting with great poolside seating for the adults and toys for the kids. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and there was everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach supplied!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The location was perfect - safe and not too far from Walgreens/Publix, etc. Drives to the beach were easy. Everything in this home was thoughtfully planned out with guests in mind, from the lightweight breathable bedding, ceiling fans in each bedroom, equipped kitchen, bikes for the nearby trail, and everything you need for a day at the beach. The layout of this home is great for a family. The backyard pool area was perfection, with comfortable, clean modern seating. Kids loved the pool, too. The host, Valerie, was amazing - I have nothing but good things to say. She was quick to reply and truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. The pool guy was great, too! Very friendly and respectful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was perfect for our family Spring Break trip.

Great property! Conveniently located, close to downtown and siesta key. Very comfortable home. Had everything you’d need, lots of nice touches. Pool is very nice, lots of room to play and relax with family. Host was very attentive and replied quickly to any questions.

10 out of 10!!My fiancé, Ana & I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Valerie’s home! It was VERY nicely updated and SO SPACIOUS and immaculate! This home is equipped with everything you need from kitchen to beach! And the neighborhood was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop at night! Valerie was a GREAT host! She responded almost immediately to any and all questions/concerns and was very proactive, ensuring our stay was seamless from check in to check out.I HIGHLY recommend this home for your stay! Minutes to Siesta Beach, St. Armand’s, the UTC Mall, grocery stores and cool places to eat! Absolutely nothing to say negatively about this property, other than we wishes we could have stayed longer!

This is a quiet and quaint neighborhood. I like it because it is an easy bike ride to coffee shops, ice cream shops, pizza, restaurants and it is a short drive to the beach as well as downtown. Downtown Sarasota is so beautiful and so many fun things to do.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is so perfect to relax and unwind. Early mornings drinking coffee poolside is a favorite! The lighting around the pool is also fantastic for relaxing family time at the house!
