Waiohuli Beach Hale #B-205 is an upstairs ocean view 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. No detail has been spared in this gorgeous remodeled oceanfront unit. Both the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom have been were upgraded to include new appliances, and granite counter tops. The entire unit is tiled throughout. New electronics have been included to include flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, high speed wireless, stereo system and room AC in both the living room and the bedroom. New furniture in the living room includes a new sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features king bed. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Waiohuli Beach Hale #B-205 sleeps 4 comfortably. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean.This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai. Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Great experience!

This was a great place to stay and excellent location for our itinerary. The complex is quiet and safe and includes a convenient beach from where to watch sunsets. Walkable to basic needs like a grocery store/bars/restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked and property is clean. In a very drivable location as well and a short drive to the airport. Was a perfect spot for us for our time on Maui! Would stay there again!!

Lovely Condo

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Mary's Hale in Waiohuli! The condo was lovely with beautiful views and a quick walk to the beach! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It was the perfect little beach haven that we needed so we could get some R&R! Thank you!

First time to Hawaii

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and relatively central location for all of our activities. There was ample space and storage for the two of use. The laundry facility was helpful because we could reduce the amount of clothing.

Birthday trip

We found this great place on line and it was perfect for a couple of old friends. Celebrated a 65th birthday while there. Beautiful grounds, very clean condos and pool. Great beach and there’s always a nice breeze. Had a wonderful time. We’ll come back for another visit someday.

Magical Stay

My husband and I came back for our first wedding anniversary after staying in a different condo for our honeymoon. We spent many afternoons at the beach and reading by the pool. The beach here is top notch with hundreds of turtle sightings and even a Hawaiian Monk Seal near the southern rocks. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels, a cooler chest, and beach chairs. The view from the lanai was stellar and we felt very private and quiet and peaceful. We will continue to come back to this condo for future vacations, it is too perfect to ever want to go anywhere else.

Great Location

Would highly recommend. The unit is located on a nice beach; grocery store next door; good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. The unit was very well equipt-fully furnished kitchen, has 2 beach chairs, beach towels. No laundry in the unit but downstairs in the building.

Incredible beach access

The beach access from this condo/property cannot be beat. You can literally walk from the pool to the beach in 10 steps. The condo itself has everything you could need, and the check-in/out process was effortless. Literally the only negative of my stay is that the water pressure in the rainfall shower head was very poor - hard to wash shampoo out of hair. Other than that, loved my stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I had asked a few more questions before we booked. No in unit laundry, you had to go to coin operated machines on the property. Also, no hot tub with the pool. Not a new, fancy resort and not in the best neighborhood. Unit very clean and unit and property well maintained. Unit advertised as "ocean front" but only a view. Expected to be able to see whales from the lanai but could not.

my first solo trip

I couldn't have asked for any more out of a place to stay. I had everything i could possibly need. The only feedback I would give is that if check out time is 11:00, then I should have been able to leave the airport to come check in by 2:30. I had to stay at the airport for 2 hours because management had a list of reasons why they couldn't make exceptions. Inspection blah blah blah... turns out that the manager that greeted me said it wasn't even inspected and did I want her to do a walk through. I declined. I called before I came to Maui to discuss my plane arrival and after my plane landed. Looks like to me someone could have gone out of their way to help me get in sooner. Other than that.. everything was perfect!!!!

Excited and disappointed

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach, restaurants and market. The condo was well appointed with everything you needed. The one disappointing problem we had was the bed, Al though comfortable it had an stale urine odor on the side closest to the closet. We pulled up the sheets and the disgusting old stained mattress pads were the harborers of the smell. The mattress, is interesting. Never seen a bed like that and we’ve stayed in many places. It’s not a mattress but a 2 foam foundation with a 3” foam topper. The Rental agency was prompt and efficient in regards to steam cleaning the foam topper and replacing mattress pads and sheets. For the amount we paid to stay there, it’s a shame we had to deal with the bed issue.

Decent Condo in Good Location

Upon arriving late at night...it was a bit confusing per check in instructions why we had to put the key back outside in the lockbox. It took a couple of days before we noticed there were extra keys hanging on the wall..we didnt notice.. our bad🙄. Unfortunately during the stay we noticed the massive mini ant infestation on the kitchen and bathroom counters. We didnt cook to avoid them trying to get into everything...this may be common in island living ..even found them in the bedroom closet. Overall a nice condo rental..glad we had A/C as it was so hot with high humidity. The beach in front of the units are great to relax overlooking the ocean and we did see turtles swimming by the rocks on either side. There are lots of eating places one block over and a big grocery store as well a very good coffee place called Akamai.

Very Lovely Older Condo

The unit is a bit dated but more than serviceable. Very clean. No insects. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. My stay was short (6 days) so I didn’t need to restock any supplies. I even did one of the puzzles in the condo and all the pieces were there!😉I liked that the condo was on the end of the building, so one less neighbor. The ONLY complaint is the bathroom. Poor water pressure in the shower and I would suggest better bath towels. They were pretty faded and not very plush. The layout of the property is such that every unit has a view of the ocean. Landscaping is very nice. The pool is a lap pool. It wasn’t overly chlorinated and is kept at a very refreshing temperature. The beach access is fantastic! A 2 minute walk over the dunes. The beach itself is long and sandy and a great place to spend the day. Times (the local grocery) is a short walk. So is Nalu’s! One of my favorite places to eat on island.

Beautiful unit in a quiet, well maintained small condo association. Lovely pool and in front of the beach. Beautiful sunsets and great location. Only complaint is the kids can’t jump in the pool, it’s a safety tool, which was disappointing for our young kids.
