Palms at Wailea #603 Fully Air Conditioned, Great Rates, Near Great Beaches

Palms at Wailea #603 has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and unlike most units at the Palms, it is fully air conditioned. It has flat screen TVs, high speed wireless that is complimentary. There is a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Palms at Wailea #603 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed staying here. Check in/out was a breeze. The condo was clean and had plenty of beach equipment, (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc.) for all of us to use. The location was absolutely perfect for us as its close to golf, restaurants, shops and the best beaches.

Amazing

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was exactly as described except it was further from the water then I thought with the add. Check in was a breeze and we didn’t need anything from the owner. The location was close enough to everything to drive and the neighbors were so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Unit showing its age but is well stocked and suitable for family. As others have said it’s a noisy corner but after a couple days we didn’t really notice it. Good location, close to good beaches and nice evening walk to Wailea shops

Nice location

Great location I’ve stayed at the palms before. Dish washer is broken and AC is useless fortunately weather is perfect in May. Great choice for the price.

Awesome Host

We had a great time in the condo, although our master bedroom bed was way too low and we kept hitting our chins, and the TV was way too low as well, but other wise awesome place to stay. We were near the main traffic so a little load. Would stay there again. Need new paint on walls paint was peeling off

Palms is a beautiful complex!

Large, spacious condo with everything you need. We have 5 adults and a baby stay and there was more than enough space. The Palms is a beautiful complex, the pool area is wonderful. As other reviews noted, it is on a busy road and I didn’t realize how many loud vehicles there would be. It was not a big deal for us as we live downtown and are used to the traffic noise. The management company was wonderful, they answered all of my emails very promptly. I would definitely stay at the Palms again!

Perfect place for a family of 4

Loved staying at this townhome in Wailea. The split ACs in every room were the best part. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked. The flooring is nice, decor old Hawaii, and the lanai is wonderful for relaxing in the morning. The street noise and yard maintenance is pretty loud when you're on the lanai, but it didn't bother us too much. The area is great, went to all the beaches from Makena to Kihei. Ate in Kihei a lot. But hung out in Wailuku as well because we have friends there. Made in Hope Cafe and restaurant Ogo for dinner is a MUST! The restaurants in Wailea were all just so-so. Sweet Hula had great Acai Bowls. Kihei Marketplace we really fun but everything in this area is rather pricey. Hoapili trail hike to the "lighthouse," which is more of a light SIGN was super cool. Would stay here again.

Highly Recommended 9/10

This property was a good value for the price charged per night. The indoor and outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The ground floor unit worked well for us as we had two grandchildren who could play on the large lanai and the large grassy area. The unit was spacious enough to accomodate 4 adults and two children without feeling like we were on top of each other. The property manager was very responsive and sent maintenace out right away to fix an issue we had. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. We will try to stay here again next year.

The Palms is Delightful

Staying at the Palms is a great experience, ideally located in Wailea, a well maintained property. The unit we rented was as described on the VRBO website. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. The kitchen was a challenge, the dishwasher broke down prior to our arrival, due to supply chain issues no replacement available. The kitchen cabinets need an overhaul. The outdoor grill was in poor repair, I notified the property manager and it was promptly replaced. Happy to go back to this unit

Lovely upscale neighborhood

The condo is in a fabulous area of Maui!. After being here for 6 weeks, we don’t want to leave. This unit could use some updating and improvements. The condo had some issues and we spent a fair amount of time with repairmen during our first week. They were great, as was Rentals Maui…very responsive! One drawback to this particular unit is the noise. It’s on a pretty heavily traveled street, near a busy intersection but we knew that going in. We ❤️ The Palms!

Great Complex

Pros: The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The complex is in a great location, close to shops of Wailea, walk to beautiful Beach. Pool and cabana area beautiful and inviting and not at all crowded. Cons: This particular unit & patio backs to somewhat busy intersection. The living area was well decorated but overall the condo was a little run down and in need of a fresh coat of paint (especially bathroom). The second bedroom is a den with a louvered wall to LR. Not very private. Overall, the complex, Wailea location and the ease and communication with the management company were great, while the individual condo itself was just ok.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place fairly last minute (about a month out during the peak season) and were happy with our decision. The location is great, only about a 5-10 minute drive to the Wailea beaches and even shorter to the Kihei beaches.The complex was nice and the pool was perfect for our kids. The main grounds were well kept and the assigned parking was nice.The unit itself was good. It was clean and the kitchen was nice to have. Our favorite part was the outdoor area, which featured two areas, one outside the kitchen, and another outside the master bedroom. It was covered so we ate out there for a few lunches and was nice.The smaller bedroom had sliding doors that did not seal all the way, so just a heads up if you have a light sleeper as it is right outside the main living room area as well. There were individual air conditioning units in each room which was great as they were not limited in temperature like you read about some owners doing.The unit came with beach chairs for use, snorkel equipment, and coolers, which was great for us and we took full advantage. I highly recommend this unit!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor unit in clean condition with an interesting layout, private patio and barbecue. We have rented units twice before at The Palms ( different units). We would not rent this unit again because of its location near a busy intersection as it was often very noisy sitting outside on the patio. Inside the unit, the road noise was less noticeable. We also would like to see a slip mat put in the shower, and the “extras”, (hand soap, toilet paper etc) were very skimpy. Some kind of instructions to using the remotes for the TV would be helpful to have as it took quite a while to figure out to any degree. Inside the unit after arrival we found a site map of all the units and how to find them which would be helpful to give guests ahead of time since we arrived at night ( in the pouring rain) after a long journey and had a bit of difficulty finding the correct unit. We had a wonderful time in Maui for the 16 days we were there though and overall had a great vacation.

Too noisy for me

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice, well stocked with everything you need upon arrival. Dish soap, laundry soap, paper products, coffee. I really liked having the beach chairs (there are three) and coolers. There was snorkel gear and a boogie board that we didn't use and several beach towels and two straw mats. The unit has been updated with new flooring that is really pretty. Loved the size of the master bath.The TV's are not smart TV's the listing says there is a DVD player, but there were no DVD's. Not a big deal but I think a family with younger kids might want to be able to put on a movie in the evening. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The location is great for proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only thing I did not like was the road noise. So many cars and trucks at all hours. Couldn't leave the door open and hang out on the patio. That said, while it bothered me, it did not bother my husband at all. I hate to leave a negative review, because we really did enjoy ourselves here.

We enjoyed our stay here

The things I liked- very nicely equipped. The starter packs of dish and laundry soap, coffee, paper products and trash bags, were great to have on hand. Kitchen was well set up for cooking. Big grill on the lanai was nice. The property has been updated and there are new floors throughout, that were really pretty. Comfy beds, lots of pillows and towels. Master bathroom was very spacious. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot close to the unit and the grounds were pretty. We loved having the pool and hot tub. Location was great. . close to my favorite beach and great restaurants and the shops. They have a supply of beach towels and we liked having the beach chairs (3) and coolers. There was a boogie board, snorkel gear for two and an umbrella (we didn't use them so I can't speak to the quality) over all I would say it's a well set up rental. Better than most. The only reason I wouldn't come again is the road noise was just too much for me. Couldn't leave the door open or relax on the lanai. So many cars and trucks at all hours- but if you were inside with the doors closed it wasn't too bad. That said, while it bothered me-my husband didn't care at all. So I guess it's what each person can tolerate. If you want a well kept condo in a nice complex with good amenities and and proximity to beach and other activities and road noise doesn't bother you this is a great find. Price was right and there was great communication from the manager prior to arrival. Thank you for a nice time.
