Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort and style! The garden-level lanai offers comfortable seating and is surrounded by a lush lawn and fragrant tropical scenery—perfect for evening dinners or morning coffee. The fully furnished kitchen includes everything you need to cook delicious meals at home, featuring modern appliances and all the amenities you need for a carefree stay.

We had the best time , everything about the property was top notch . Beautifully decorated and clean . The beds were so comfortable the kitchen was well stocked actually the whole unit was . The host was friendly and accessible. Would definitely return !

We loved the pictures, but when we arrived at the condo, it was even better in real life! So convenient to restaurants, shopping, and all the beautiful beaches in Wailea. The air-conditioning worked really well and my twin girls loved having their own twin beds with their own bathroom and we had a nice main bedroom suite. The kitchen was wonderfully convenient and there were some extra things there that we didn’t think about buying at the market, which was very useful. They also had boogie boards and cooler bags which we took advantage of. The complex was extremely quiet and it was so nice to not get bothered by housekeeping in the morning if we were at a hotel. We’ve stayed at the Grand Wailea two times but I think this is the way to go!!!

Great place to stay

Well out fitted with all that is needed for a lengthy stay. Comfortable furniture in the suite with lots of beach toys to choose from.

Great location!

While it is an older property it is well maintained and has all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. It was clean and the location was fantastic - calm and relaxing with close proximity to restaurants and activities. The property managers should increase their recycling options (bottles and cans only), but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location, Our host was very efficient and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself was nice but could use a few renovations though. Overall our stay was very nice!

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and unlike other units in the same complex, this condo has an A/C unit in each bedroom. Easy walk to the beach and the onsite pool is nice. Owner was approachable and responded to all queries quickly. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

Great spot! Fully equipped condo, great for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Although the unit is a bit older, it was clean, and well decorated - it’s nice in person than in the photos. Nice, big layout. Kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was equipped with all beach related things. Communication was easy and timely - we will be back!

Super great accommodation for a solo Dad and two teens exploring south Maui for the first time. We loved the resort and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed and more. My only feedback, the oven & microwave appliance was broken so we had to skip chocolate chip cookie night which my kids were looking forward too (bit of a vacation tradition for us) but they had a supplemental microwave so we were able to warm up leftovers. My only other challenge was that both TV’s appeared to have cable tv, but not internet enabled smart tv (like a Roku, Apple TV, etc.) we were bummed we couldn’t watch a movie on Netflix / Disney. Maybe a suggestion to bring your own to future renters. The pool and hot tub were awesome, very relaxing and not too busy on our visit, but they do close at 9pm, instead of the 10 which seems to be more standard. The host and the rental company were super responsive and even answered calls and texts on Memorial Day. We didn’t attempt to walk to any beaches, it’s doable I’m sure, but i didn’t see any paths or routes to make the walk very direct or straightforward. nonetheless there are ample great beach options a very short drive away which suited us great. Overall amazing experience I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for well appointed, no fuss accommodation in south Maui.

Large Unit with Great Outdoor Space

Lots of room for our group of 4 adults to spread out. Really enjoyed outdoor patio space and community pool. Well appointed unit with all the necessities and more, including beach toys and chairs, umbrellas. Overall nice unit. Important to know that unit is near busy road and therefore there’s a moderate amount of road noise. Carpet appears older and needs either replacing or deep cleaning.

Well cared for and stocked

The Palms is a great location for a Maui vacation - central to all the great spots Maui has to offer. The unit itself is dated but well cared for, and is well stocked for cooking, entertaining and spending time on the beach. The lanai is quiet and backs on to a lovely green space. No direct view of ocean but close to the pool which makes sunset viewing very easy. The only complaints we had are the size of the kitchen - which is a bit small for two people working together, and that it had rug instead of tile in the living spaces. Also the property manager was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Fantastic Holiday

This is the first time we have stayed in Wailea, but it won't be the last time. I can't say enough good things about the accommodation and the service we got from Malinee & Jen as the Property Managers. What a nice surprise to meet the owners on our first day as they were leaving, and they welcomed us into their home away from home. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed to enjoy our vacation was provided from beach chairs, towels, etc. Lots of stuff for the kids to use at the beach (if you bring them !!). The pool and hot tub area was just a short walk from the unit and provided a nice relaxing area when we weren't at the beach. The closest beach was 5 mins away and we never had any problems with parking. Overall, one of the best holidays ever in Maui and will hopefully be back next year. Highly recommended.

Perfect!

We were a family traveling together but staying in two separate units. These were a minute’s walk from each other, one building apart on the east side. This unit did not have stairs and was wheelchair accessible. It was a very spacious two bedroom. Photos are accurate! We loved having a large lanai, the kitchen was well stocked, there is washer/dryer in the master bath closet, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, everything you need for a fun vacation. This unit is updated with nice decor, newer carpeting. The second bedroom is enclosed with its own pocket door to hall bathroom so it’s “almost” like having two master suites if you request the twin beds to be parked together. Every room has a ceiling fan and AC!!!!

Lots of ‘No No’s’ for children, better spot for adults

We weren’t blown away by this place. After checking in we found signage and instructions stating that no floaties or toys could be brought to the pool, even a ball to throw around was against the rules. There were also many (many!!) signs about no sand, the a/c, the shades and more. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time. In addition, we found a broom but no dustpan to help cleanup the sand. This might be a great spot for someone who won’t go to the beach and doesn’t have children, but it wasn’t a good fit for us. The facilities were older and could really use an update.
