*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

25-year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Reserved parking space under the building; use stairs to access the unit, #1.

Quiet beach town with restaurants, bars and shops along Gulf Blvd.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for this area; there is public transportation and ride share available as well.
