THE UNIT IS 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS .THE CORNER LOCATION OFFERS MORE PRIVACY THAN OTHER UNITS IN THE BUILDING .THERE IS ALSO A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FROM CLEARWATER BEACH TO ST. PETERSBURG BEACH ALL DAY FOR $1.00 PER DAY. WE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WITH A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA AS WELL AND YOU LOOK DOWN FROM THE BALCONY AND YOU ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WHEN YOU LOOK OUT AT THE BALCONY AND THE OCEAN FROM THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE SHIP. WE HAVE A 7 DAY MINIMUM STAY FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND.

Everything was perfect! This beautiful unit had everything and more! Right on the beach, beautiful view from the balcony. Loved having designated parking, keyless entry, along with codes for pool, beach and elevator access made it extra easy as well as secure! Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely beachfront condo!
We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores so much! The place was very nice & the view was unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with private beach
The property was gorgeous and the beach was beautiful and not crowded! Wonderful accommodations for a family off 4!

Wonderful getaway with the best views!
The condo was very clean and well furnished in a great location! The views of the Gulf are just stunning! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our getaway to the beach!

Very clean condo with superb view! We stayed for a girls trip and enjoyed the area and the comfort of the condo. It lacked for nothing!

I LOVE TO BE ON THE BEACH WITHOUT DRIVING AND FIGHTING THE TRAFFIC. I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER ACCOMODATIONS THAT REQUIRED DRIVING TO GET TO THE BEACH AND I FELT THAT THIS UNIT IS MUCH MORE RELAXING AS YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THERE IS EVEN A GREAT TROLLEY THAT YOU CAN RIDE FOR $1.00 ALL DAY WHERE YOU CAN HOPE ON AND OFF AND TRAVEL BETWEEN ST. PETE BEACH AND CLEARWATER BEACH.
