*This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this beautiful three story beach home offers 5 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms is located close to restaurants, bars and Starbucks and directly across the street from the beach! This house is perfectly professionally decorated and appointed featuring an elevator, granite and quartz countertops, hardwood floors and so much more. Tray ceilings, paneled interior doors and crown molding accent the interior of this mint condition beach house. Each bedroom has its own bath and three feature huge walk-in tiled showers. This home offers a two car garage and three covered patios with the top floor patio offering spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. -This house is non smoking.

-Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 3. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 4 night minimum outside summer season.

Awesome house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location was fantastic!! All of what was needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you could think of.The only problem was that the hot water tank was too small for the unit. We had 9 people in the house so before everyone could shower, the water was cold. That was a problem that needs to be addressed.

Location of the house was great.... only about 1 long block to the hotel hosting our Line Dancing classes. There were plenty of bath towels and having an elevator to get luggage to the third level was fantastic! We would definitely book again.... however, the negatives were that the amenities were lacking....1 dishwasher soap, one trash bag, and the dishwashing soap was miniscule and only one kitchen towel??? for 4 days stay. Plus, some rooms had bathroom amenities, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner whereas some didn't....oh and no salt and pepper....I've rented several homes through VRBO and have never had to bring extras like this before.

Only negative was a few of the blind pull cords were broken or missing and the garbage in the two 50 gallon containers appeared not to have been emptied in weeks and were completely full. However, still a great place to stay.

Really nice place

We really enjoyed our stay this summer. The home was just as advertised, really clean, well appointed and with plenty of space throughout. We loved drinking our coffee on the front deck each morning.

Great family beach vacation rental home

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and the communication with the host was good via email and text. We truly enjoyed having a full bathroom for each room which was a high priority from my family and the beach was walking distance.

Property was gorgeous, location is great. There were a couple minor issue. The blanket was missing for pullout sofa and also the pullout sofa Needs to be upgraded. Other than that everything was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was clean and the rooms were supplied and ready. It was very disappointing when we weren’t able to use the elevator that was advertised on the listing. The people staying upstairs had a hard time getting up all the flights of stairs (hence why we chose a rental that listed an elevator).

Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house, it is exactly how the pictures show minus a charcoal grill. Easy to get to but if you have an extended cab vehicle it will not fit in the garage unless you keep the garage door up while you’re there. But other than that we will definitely be back.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing meals. Just enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. The only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable and the mattress cover appeared soiled in the bedroom downstairs. Overall we would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent the four days after Labor Day in the property. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were to our liking. The house is very spacious which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were exactly what we needed for 4 married couples and an additional single traveler. We loved that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Management responded promptly to questions and concerns, and acted quickly when garbage left behind outside by previous occupants became a nuisance. If we were to recommend a change, it would be to find a way to access the garage without having to get in and out of your vehicle to go inside the garage to raise the doors from the inside.
