Welcome to this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath coastal beach house at New Sands Beach House, located just across the street from the ocean in a peaceful, family-friendly community. This beautifully appointed home offers comfort, elegance, and ample space for multiple families. The fully equipped kitchen features granite and quartz countertops, while the open living areas flow seamlessly onto covered patios — including a top-floor patio perfect for sunrise coffee.

Each bedroom includes a private bath, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. The elevator provides easy access to all three levels.

Great family beach vacation rental home

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and the communication with the host was good via email and text. We truly enjoyed having a full bathroom for each room which was a high priority from my family and the beach was walking distance.

Really nice place

We really enjoyed our stay this summer. The home was just as advertised, really clean, well appointed and with plenty of space throughout. We loved drinking our coffee on the front deck each morning.

Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

House is very family friendly. Large dining table. Different levels to relax on.

Check in was the easiest in all our years of using Vrbo. House was exactly as advertised. Elevator is an asset if you have someone who can not do lots of steps.

Our Family's Week At The Beach
