*This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this beautiful three story beach home offers 5 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms is located close to restaurants, bars and Starbucks and directly across the street from the beach! This house is perfectly professionally decorated and appointed featuring an elevator, granite and quartz countertops, hardwood floors and so much more. Tray ceilings, paneled interior doors and crown molding accent the interior of this mint condition beach house. Each bedroom has its own bath and three feature huge walk-in tiled showers. This home offers a two car garage and three covered patios with the top floor patio offering spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. -This house is non smoking.

-Minimum age of 25 for ALL renters. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 3. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 4 night minimum outside summer season.

House was very clean and as advertised. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken and we were not able to use it. The company was responsive to put in a work order, but the personnel that came to work on it were less than responsive. We had to rearrange everyone in the house in order to have proper sleeping arrangements while we waited for the bed to be fixed which took 3 days out of 7 day stay. House was beautiful and close to the beach and the washer and dryer and the street was quiet with low traffic.

Great family beach vacation rental home

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and the communication with the host was good via email and text. We truly enjoyed having a full bathroom for each room which was a high priority from my family and the beach was walking distance.

Really nice place

We really enjoyed our stay this summer. The home was just as advertised, really clean, well appointed and with plenty of space throughout. We loved drinking our coffee on the front deck each morning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is truly a lovely home and we so enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet and private and just a short walk to the beach. We were two families - Grandparents and our Daughter's family of 4 children. It never felt crowded, everyone had their own space, but plenty of space for meals together and visiting, too. I would highly recommend this home. Only a few minor quips - parking is very tight, so be careful. We didn't get possession of the home until the last moment and were hoping for early entrance, but in all fairness, this was not promised. And the grill was too small for our group and in sad shape so we couldn't cook out. However, none of these thing would prevent us from renting from this property management group or this specific home again. It was a great week with lots of family fun!

Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great property. Everything needed was provided. Only negative was a few of the blind pull cords were broken or missing and the garbage in the two 50 gallon containers appeared not to have been emptied in weeks and were completely full. However, still a great place to stay.
