Perfect place for our annual family retreat. Everyone had enough space without it feeling crowded. Plenty of activities to keep our entire group entertained. The host is very nice & accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again. Oh & I can't forget to mention the view of the lake, beautiful!

A beautiful home with plenty of space for the 3 large families that stayed here on our trip. We had kids ranging from newborn to 18 and the home was perfect for all of them. The backyard was a highlight and the kids spent hours outside playing. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Seems like kids (and probably adults) need more outdoor time these days, so I’m glad it was a highlight for your families. More outdoor activities are planned to be ready in 2027.

This property was great for the size of our family reunion. There are different games and activities for all ages of children to enjoy. (Even the twenty and thirty something children.)Sitting up on the hill was a great view of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains.The private access to the beach was a very nice bonus.

We just returned from an awesome weeklong family reunion at this beautiful home! The property was fabulous and we loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 19 and was clean with everything organized and well labeled. The kids loved the movie/game room and we enjoyed going outside in the evenings to play games (lots of fun outdoor games were available for guests to use) and the view of the lake was gorgeous! Having access to the pools and private beach was a great bonus. Our host was very good at communicating with us and was readily available to help with any issues we had. When asked if there was a pack n play available he replied that unfortunately they didn’t have one, however within just a few minutes he reached back out to let us know they were going to have one ready before we checked in. That’s great customer service! We would recommend booking this lovely home and hope to return in the future! Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories!

We love this house. This is the second year we stayed at this property. There was several updates from the previous year that made it even better. The house was spotless when we arrived. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing. Instructions were very clean and organized. The host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The private beach area was amazing. It was so nice and clean. We had a wonderful time!

Great home for a big family gathering, plenty of room in the kitchen and dining to accommodate our group of 26. Game room, and yard games were a big hit for the kids and adults. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat !
