Lake House at Bear Lake! Caribbean of the Rockies!
This is a 6 bedroom recreation property that will allow you and your guests their own privacy. Each room is designed as a suite, with its own full bathroom and large closet.
It also has plenty of common area in two separate livings rooms with 52-inch flat screen TV's. There is a loft area for children to play and sleep on the floor, or on one of the two futon couches.
A large family kitchen is fully stocked and there are two full-size refrigerators to accommodate large groups and family gatherings.
Have a drink and relax on the deck or patio while grilling on the BBQ, overlooking Bear Lake, and watching the kids play in the fully landscaped yard.
The location is about a block away from the beach but it does not have direct beach access. There is a jogging/biking trail just outside your front door that goes around the lake and your backyard is the beautiful Wasatch mountains.
This is a perfect location right in town, close to walking paths, shops, restaurants, and the famous Pickleville Playhouse and other recreational activities.
The Bear Lake Area has been called the 'Caribbean of the Rockies' because of its intense turquoise blue water.
The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or or ride ATV's on the many well-maintained trails. In the winter you can enjoy the"greatest snow on earth"as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski or snowshoe. And of course, you can always enjoy the small town shops, unique restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. Come spend your vacation at beautiful Bear Lake.

The location in Garden City is convenient to all the shops and activities and not far from several boat launch areas. The layout of the house is great with bedroom/bathroom combinations and several areas for family to congregate. Kitchen has all the essentials and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The owner Rob was very responsive to questions, even recommending places to eat. Highly recommend this property.

It was a perfect home to stay in while going to Bear Lake. Each bedroom with a bathroom was a win!
It was nice place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bear Lake and surrounding areas.
The beaches at NorthBeach and Garden City, and hiking around the lake and seeing beautiful wildflowers at Tony’s Grove.
A very lovely vacation. Thank-you for sharing your lovely home.

This is the third year we have stayed here because we love it so much! It is just the perfect place to stay! It has a beautiful view! We love the bathroom with each bedroom plus a half bath just inside the front door. The home was very clean. The large open kitchen and living area are wonderful for everyone being able to be together at one time. Great communication from owner!

Family reunion

Perfect cabin for adult families
Very nice, recently built home with HUGE kitchen and gathering area. Every bedroom has a bathroom and the extra hunks were extremely convenient for growing families. Perfect place for a family with lots of older kids.

Enjoyed our stay - wonderful view!!
We had a wonderful stay and were very grateful for bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the large deck and really enjoyed the view.
The large bar area was wonderful for serving dinner to our group too. Communication with Rob was excellent; he was very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in Rob’s place again.

Great for our large family
We have rented here before because this place works for us. We really like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. This makes it convenient when everyone comes back from the beach and wants to get cleaned up at the same time.

BEST. STAY. EVER.
We love this place so much. Space for everyone to do everything! Ages 4 to 70 were all so comfortable and happy. The owners are great and showed they really care about the quality of our stay. This was our 3rd year staying here, and we can't wait until next year. Thanks Rob!

Bear Lake perfection!
This was our third year at this property and are planning to return! The accommodations are the perfect fit for our size of group! Central location to the lake, PickleVille Playhouse, shopping, and food! The view off the deck is spectacular, plenty of room for parking, yard space for games, and plenty of room for family to gather , making memories for years to come! See you next year!

Perfection
This is the only place we stay when our family travels to Bear Lake! Having a private bathroom in every bedroom is the ideal! Large deck, 2 refrigerators, location is central to activities, beautiful view of the lake, and plenty of parking! We can’t wait till next year!

The best place in town
Wonderful house. Room for everyone. Great location. We love having a bathroom in each bedroom. The large deck overlooking the lake was our favorite gathering place, both morning and night. Two refrigerators is a bonus. Thank you.

Perfect for our Needs
This cabin was beautiful. Large & roomy. Absolutely no complaints. Lots of parking available. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom, making it so nice for each of the 5 families that shared the cabin. 24 people & no one ever had to wait for the bathroom! We will be back.

Great Family Reunion Home
Home is amazing, huge, great views, nobody directly on top of you. Had one issue with the house getting to warm but reached out to owner and we worked a solution in real time. Would rent again!

Perfect for our family
We loved this house!! We have a family of 27 including adults and children. This house was the perfect size for us. We all felt there was plenty of room. The home is very well maintained. It is clean and beautiful with granite counter tops and hardwood floors. The fact that each bedroom has it's own bathroom was a major plus. Each family had it's own space and that made for a delightful stay. We can't wait to stay here again!!!

Wonderful family lodge with lots of bathrooms, huge deck and flat grassy area
We were about 20 people, mostly teenage kids and adults (5 families and grandparents). Every family had their own room with bunk beds and a queen and ensuit bathroom. Huge kitchen. Huge deck with evening shade and views. We played volleyball every evening in the grassy lawn below the deck in the shed. It was wonderful! We’ve stayed at this place more than once.

family reunion
It is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view!! We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. It is close to the beach and other activities. Rob, the host was easy to reach and fast to respond. Our only negative was that we feel like more necessities like trash bags and TP and maybe shampoo should be provided or if not provided, let the quests know that they are not provided in sufficient supply

Thank you for your review. Honest reviews help us improve our service and great future stays. Our rental agreement does state that a starter inventory of basic supplies will be present, but longer stays with larger groups may require additional supplies. We are glad we were able to respond and bring you extra supplies to better your stay. Guests can expect at least 8-10 trash bags in the kitchen area, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the 7 bathrooms, etc. Again, we appreciate your communication and are glad you enjoyed your stay!

The Bear Lake Area has been called the 'Caribbean of the Rockies' because of its intense turquoise blue water. Between marvelling at how blue and beautiful the lake is or the gorgeous white sandy beaches, you may think you have travelled hours to a tropical location. The Bear Lake valley offers all four of nature's seasons. There are many recreational activities available. In the summer you can jet ski across the turquoise water, sail into the sunset, or just enjoy a picnic at the beach. You can enjoy trolling for huge mackinaw or cutthroat trout in Bear Lake, or fly fishing for smaller brook or rainbow trout in the many local mountain streams. In the fall you can enjoy the beautiful scenic landscape as you hike or 4 wheel the many trails. In the winter you can enjoy the 'greatest snow on earth' as you snowmobile, downhill ski, cross country ski, or snowshoe. And of course, you can always enjoy the small town shops, unique restaurants and relaxing atmosphere. Come spend your vacation at beautiful Bear Lake.
