Hi Mashell, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are so sorry that you did not find this unit to your liking, it is always best to go onto our official website so that you can see pictures and virtual tours of all our beautiful units. Every unit is individually owned and looks entirely different inside. We looked at any work orders that were made while you were here staying with us and it looks like you only reported that the handle on the patio slider was loose. That issue has been fixed. Your comfort is key, and while staying with us always let us know if something needs repair and we would be sure to have maintenance look at it for you. We are so glad that you enjoyed the property and the office crew. Our office staff loves what they do and it definitely shows! We hope to see you soon! Sand Cay Beach Resort

Hi Michael, You are too funny!! Patrick has been coming for years, and has made us here at Sand Cay, a yearly tradition. We are so glad that you are making us a part of your yearly tradition too! Good afternoon, Nancy Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review!! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay while you were here! We are so very sorry that you had trouble connecting to the wifi in the unit. We also have a wifi code that works by the pool, had we known maybe that would have worked for you. Our guest's comfort is key! : ) We hope to see you again soon for some rest and relaxation. Sand Cay Beach Resort

Thank you for the review. We will send this to the owner to inform them of the mattress. Hope to see you soon!

Hi Toni, First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We would like to express our apologies that you had a negative experience while staying here at Sand Cay. We want every guest to feel like they are at their "home away from home" while staying with us! This particular unit is in the process of getting updates this summer! Very exciting news!! This unit has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, and we cant wait to see it's new look! We hope to see you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We will definitely pass along your comments to the owner. We hope you come back and stay with us again!

Hi Carolyn, We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write us this review! We agree, having the bigger beds in the guest bedroom is definitely a plus!! We are sorry that this unit did not meet your needs as the owner is in the middle of doing some updates! The new couch and rugs look great! We look forward to seeing you again soon!! Hi Luis, We are so sorry that your stay here did not meet your expectations. Our guest's comfort is always key! We love the fact that you have been vacationing here at Sand Cay for 20 plus years! We are very sorry that you were not notified about new refrigerator getting installed , as it was scheduled prier to your arrival, and the company changed the delivery date. Hopefully the fridge was nice and cool for the rest of your stay. : ) If there is ever any maintenance issue while you are staying with us, such as an ac not working, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as we can. We do have scheduled maintenance for the pool 2 to 3 times a week to maintain it, and we apologize if there was a deceased frog, as we were not aware of it. We definitely would have been more than happy to remove it if we had known. Rates did go up by 7% this year, but it has been several years since the last increase. We hope to see you in the future to provide you with a better experience. This unit is in the process of getting updated, and we are very excited to see the new changes ahead. Sand Cay Beach Resort
