Family milestone birthday and impromptu beach wedding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in an excellent location right on the beach. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation stress free. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the elevator made it easy for getting things unloaded on the various floors. The house is close to shops, restaurants and the pier. We went to the Pirates Voyage dinner show and it was excellent. We would definitely stay in this house again in the future and would recommend this rental to friends.

Beachfront Breezes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. The family had a great time. Note the area is built up more than what is shown in the pictures. Never did get the ceiling fan fixed and the grills need to be cleaned. The kettle grill is unusable.Suggestion: Guests should not have to go out a buy toilet paper, dishwashing soap and trash bags. Those items should be provided. It would also be nice if you provided simple things like salt & pepper; and coffee.

We apologize that the ceiling fan was not resolved during your stay and understand how disappointing that was. Your comments about the grills have also been shared with our team for review and maintenance. Regarding the starter supplies, we provide an initial set of essentials to help guests settle in, as is common with vacation rentals, but additional items are the responsibility of guests for the remainder of their stay. That said, we truly appreciate your suggestions about adding more kitchen basics, such as salt, pepper, and coffee, and we will be happy to share this feedback with the proper parties for consideration.
