My family absolutely fell in love with the cottage!! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. The cottage is so relaxing and the natural sunlight coming made it even better! The back porch was very relaxing at night after long days on the beach. We loved being so close to downtown and only a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Audrey was so sweet to make sure we checked in without any issues and was only a call away if we were to need her! We look forward to staying here again next year! PSJ is our family favorite place to vacation every year!

I arrived to check in and people were in the house due to an overlap on bookings by the host. I immediately called and emailed the host to get the issue resolved up until 10 pm. I was unable to reach the host and had to go find another place to stay on a holiday weekend. The host finally emailed me (no phone call) at 7 am the next morning apologizing for what happened and was willing to refund me for the night I had already paid and that she would refund me for the additional cost I had to pay to find a new place for the night. In the end she did not keep her word and I will never stay here again. I am in the process of pursuing this further. You need to call and confirm your booking is legit and not doubled book if you book with this host.

These things unfortunately happen I have been in contact with you regarding this immediately making sure the rest of your stay was satisfactory .. as well as returning the nightly rate you paid .. I have been in good standing with Airbnb for 6 years with great reviews .. I have reached out to Vrbo immediately regarding this situation and they have said this is the resolve .. have a great day

We absolutely loved this cottage! Roomy and pet friendly! It was perfect for our week stay. Perfectly located in PSJ! Short drive to public beach access that was never crowded! We will definitely book here again.
