Great little place

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little place. It was a great location for us and easy to get to all we wanted. Kyla was great and quick to respond to all our questions. We would highly recommend staying.

Great location, attentive host

The property is conveniently located for exploring Los Angeles. It features a parking spot in the back, access to a shared backyard, and comfortable furnishings. The host is attentive and was able to quickly help us with any issues that arose. We will definitely stay there again when in the neighborhood.

Beautiful Burbank

My brother and his son who is 16 stayed at the property. They absolutely love the location. They spent a day over at Warner Brothers doing the tour they appreciate all the toiletries That were left for them. They enjoyed an evening sitting by the back at the fire and spoke highly of the decor and how comfortable the beds were!

Great location, strong smell of smoke

The pro is the location, literally across the street from the Warner Bros Tour and Starbucks, wasy to get to Universal, Hollywood, BH. Big con was the apartment reaked of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in, and every day thereafter despite our attempts to air it out, and my daughter is allergic to smoke. 😔 Needless to say we spent very little time there and sleeping was difficult for her. The bed also is very firm, which wasn't very comfortable. I messaged the owner about the smoke as soon as we arrived and got a reply stating they were surprised and would contact their cleaners, and that was it. I now see a previous comment about the smoke as well that wasn't there when I reserved it. I was hoping for some kind of compensation since the listing says No Smoking, had I known we would not have stayed there because it was very uncomfortable for my daughter for those 5 days.

Perfect location with cozy outdoor living space

This rental unit was perfect when visiting our daughter's family. Unit was just as pictured and was spotless and up-to-date. Washer/dryer in kitchen was an added bonus as was the shared outdoor space with a fire-it. Cozy and private. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we found that the garbage disposal did not work. Repaired within hours. Unit is right across from Warner Bros Tours on a quiet street and is a short distance to so many restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Always good!

We have stayed a couple times now when visiting family. It is close to everything and very walkable neighborhood. Great restaurants close by!!

Nice but really dependent upon your neighbours

The property itself is nice enough, however much is dependent upon your neighbours in the other apartments. We stayed for a few days and our experience shifted with the shift of people renting the neighboring units. By the end, it was incredibly noisy every night - particularly with the door slams and hallways noise. Again, nice enough but just not our cup of tea. Management was responsive whenever we had questions or needed help so that was very appreciated.

WB Studios Apt

This is a good location in a quiet neighborhood directly across the street from WB Studios. Ample parking. Walking distance to Whole Foods and a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios. Overall a good experience. I would’ve given 4 stars but the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Had I know, I probably would’ve booked elsewhere. I don’t understand why people smoke indoors

Get place; great location

We were extremely happy with the apartment in Burbank. We were literally across the street from Warner Bros and right down the street from Universal Studios. It was exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic apt in Burbank

Our Go To Property for LA Trips

This is our second stay at these wonderful apartments and we look forward to many more!! Clean, well stocked, great location and great communication from the property owner. The backyard is an amazing oasis to relax in. You really can’t ask for more. Thank you Kyla for another wonderful stay.

Another Great Stay

This has become our “go to” place to stay when visiting the area. It’s like a home away from home. The location is perfect, its quiet and Starbucks is across the street (in the WB building). Plenty of places to eat within short walking distance. The Unit is clean and comfy. The backyard is cute and relaxing with the gas firepit. And the host is very attentive and responsive. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Great Location and stay

Me, my wife, and 10 year old daughter loved this place. It is in the perfect location for exploring LA and for visiting Universal Studios. Very clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The neighbors were slightly loud one night watching a movie but that's to be expected in an apartment type complex so it didn't bother us much. Be sure to check out the Dog Haus restaurant if you stay here and thank me later! It's easily within walking distance.

Thanksgiving with family

We have stayed here in the past and we just love the location and neighborhood. The apt. Is clean and welcoming and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
