We had a fantastic stay here! The place was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone, and unlike many places we’ve stayed, we could very comfortably have our meals there.We also didn’t realize immediately that there was a staircase leading to a beautiful outdoor space! The location was perfect for us- especially for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour it was also really convenient for Universal Studios. It's not too far from Hollywood either and even getting to the beaches wasn't that bad. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families. It was spacious, comfortable, well located, and a great home base for exploring Burbank and the surrounding area.

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little place. It was a great location for us and easy to get to all we wanted. Kyla was great and quick to respond to all our questions. We would highly recommend staying.

Great location great property

The property is so accommodating clean and well stocked with essentials. The host was very prompt in communicating. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to LA.

This was the second time we have stayed in one of Kyla's properties in this building in Burbank. The location cannot be beat. The property is clean, nicely appointed and offers in unit laundty which is a plus when traveling with kids. This is literally 1/2 block walk to Warner Bros Studios, 10 minutes to Universal and close to downtown Burbank with great restaurants, bakeries and boutique shopping. We look forward to booking with this host in the future.

Great location, attentive host

The property is conveniently located for exploring Los Angeles. It features a parking spot in the back, access to a shared backyard, and comfortable furnishings. The host is attentive and was able to quickly help us with any issues that arose. We will definitely stay there again when in the neighborhood.

Traveled with spouse and our 6th grader for spring break. In short, we would stay here again any time of year. Outfitted with modern appliances, fixtures, and furnishings but still lots of charm! Furnished with everything we needed as far as kitchen items, linens, basic cleaning supplies, storage/dressers... maybe a few more clothes hangers would be nice. Clean property inside and out. Wonderful and safe location with great freeway access. We found the listing accurate and actually found the apartment more spacious than anticipated. Our only disappointment: the lemons in the back yard were not ripe yet!

Great base for a business trip

This apartment is very clean and comfortable and is kiddy corner to a Whole foods and walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. This is a corporate area, and construction across the street begins at 7a.m. so

More than I expecting. The host definitely put thought and care into the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with basic needs plus more. I was happy to find various sizes of Tupperware to use for food storage! The shower was great and the blow dryer was powerful, it wasn’t like the weak cheap ones you find in hotels. Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, we’d love to return on our next trip to Burbank.
