Sleeping arrangements
The lower level of a duplex, the home sleeps up to 7 guests across thoughtfully arranged spaces. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes two queen beds. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa adds flexibility for the full group.

Living space
Central air conditioning and central heating - a rare combination in a beach home - keep things comfortable no matter the weather. The living area is set up with a TV, Wifi, and an Ethernet connection, and there`s a dedicated workspace in a common area for anyone who needs to stay connected. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a ceiling fan round out the comfort details. A private in-unit washer and dryer, along with essentials and ample clothing storage, make longer stays easy.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. A drip coffee maker with coffee is ready for your mornings, and a dining table brings the group together for meals. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for when you move the cooking outside.

Outdoor living
Your private patio or balcony is set up with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill - a natural spot for evening grilling or a slow morning coffee in the coastal air. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided so you can head to the water without extra planning.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms serve the home, with one ensuite off the main bedroom. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products, along with a bathtub and hot water.

Location
The home sits steps from shared North Beach access and the nearby coastal trail. Cafés, local shops, and the walkable character of San Clemente`s coast are all close by. Two tandem parking spaces are included on the driveway, with free street parking also available nearby.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not recommended, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your own sheet.
