This house has all new furniture, bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. This charming property is perfect for a family beach getaway. The property includes a seawall and a sandy ramp with beach/water access. Just 10 minutes north of Bay City, this property will help you experience everything the Tri-cities has to offer.

I went there with my four sisters for our annual getaway and this house was perfect for us. The house had everything we could think of using or needing. It was comfortable, roomy, clean, beautiful, plenty of seating inside and outside...it was just perfect!

This was the best experience we have had! The house was so clean and the host thought of every little detail! The kids loved swimming in the lake and we were thankful they could touch the whole way out. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!

Everyone loved the home. For 10 older adults it was perfect! Glad to have the ramp as it was needed. It was well stocked with needed items. The view of the bay was so inviting, we loved the morning sun rises. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Five bedrooms were just what needed, with three bedrooms on the main floor and the additional two upstairs. Our host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great place to stay. Beautiful and cozy. The hostess has thought of everything! Plenty of room for kids and adults. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It is on a quiet road, but close to anything you would need or want. We would definitely stay here again. Sunrises are AMAZING!

The house was beautiful- just as described and very clean. The fishing was excellent too! We unfortunately had bad weather for a few days and luckily for us the house had plenty of games and space to entertain all of us. The host was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to our questions . We would definitely stay here again !

Very nice place to stay. The host was outstanding to deal with and accommodating for our fishing group. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy the stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This property was exactly as pictured/described and met our needs perfectly (traveling with 3 generations, total of 5 family members, some with mobility limitations). Host was tremendously accommodating and responsive. We had seamless check in and out, the home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed, and was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the lake view, beautiful sunrises, and walking along the quite, low traffic street. Loved the small town of Linwood with plenty of restaurant options and small local "Party" shop that contained a little bit of everything! Also less than 30 min drive to Bay City for much larger variety of shopping/dining/entertainment options.

We had an extended family get together for 4th of July weekend and enjoyed the house so much! Although the weather didn't cooperate we had plenty of room to spread out in the house to play games and watch tv. The host had many thoughtful amenities you don't always find in a rental. Definitely planning on returning in the future!

The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The host was incrediblely accommodating and flexible. Home was nicely furnished, with beautiful front and back decks. The sunrise view from the back deck was amazing. We will fir sure stay again!

What a beautiful home overlooking the lake. The host was absolutely wonderful. I had contacted her quite a few times before our stay with questions, she answered everyone. We asked if she had an outdoor table, which she brought to the home before our arrival. We had 4 adults and 8 kids 15 and under. The home fit all of us very comfortably. We are definitely returning for another Grandparents Trip! We stayed from 7/9 -7/13.

It was truly stunning! Although it was just my husband & me we enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. Windows everywhere for impeccable views. The peacocks across the street were a BONUS! We were here for our son’s college lacrosse game. We are excited he plays in Midland next year so we can stay again. Thank you for all little extras. Truly a gem!

The host was very communicative and was able to assist with ideas for things to do within the area. The added extras within the home were amazing! The home was immaculate when we arrived. A Smore's kit was even left for us to enjoy! Wonderful place for the kiddos to run and play and we even attempted to fly kites (was a bit windy though to work). The whole family had a great time and was able to enjoy each other's company. My family loved the extended weekend! Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous while sitting and enjoying the lake was an added bonus and made the trip well worth it. The welcome book had all you needed to know to enjoy a week vacation including food locations, things to do, stores etc. Ample parking, family games, grill, swing and and more. Only complaint is we didnt catch a fish while fishing off the seawall! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we definitely would stay again! :)

The property was beautiful and so well set up. You could tell the owner very thoughtfully furnished it with many nice touches. Location was amazing and the porches let us enjoy the outdoors as much as we did the inside. We had a great week and hope to return next summer!!
