Nestled in Indian Shores, this delightful building offers a cool retreat for guests seeking comfort and style. On the 6th floor (out of 8 with the top being a penthouse suite), you will find a beautiful two bedroom condo with canal view featuring 2 queen beds and a king bed, plus a oceanfront living room with an additional queen sofa sleeper—perfect for extra guests or relaxing evenings. The two bathrooms include refreshing showers to start your day right. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this tremendous spot has you covered. There is ongoing maintenance on the exterior of the building (other side of the building) due to Hurricane Milton & Helene repair efforts. Experience and enjoy what Indian Shores has to offer with a stay at our building!

The place was clean, spacious, with everything you need to feel like you were in your own home, the view was amazing. We had a great time, cannot wait to go back again.Thank you

1, One, trash bag for the whole week!?! Office wouldn't offer even another - "we provide one and then you have to purchase more..." verbatim! Glad the site Insisted Admimently that we pay for the extra 100 for insurance - was happy not cleaning, emptying trash or dealing with towels/linens. Poor hotel level mgmt left becomes non-neighborly space sharing from guests. Nevermind the horrible beat up, concaved king bed that left us sore all day when we should be relaxed on vacation. Beautiful place, great view and on the beach as pictured, but mismanaged and uncared about investment property on the basics.

The condo itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a great view and easy beach access. We really enjoyed the beach and appreciated the furnishings.What was disappointing was that there was no mention in the listing or our pre-arrival communications that the property was undergoing active exterior construction. Throughout our stay there was very loud daytime construction noise on weekdays—loud enough that it interrupted the ambience even while floating in the ocean.Several amenities were also affected. The beach stairs and beach showers were closed, with only a hose available to rinse off. The pool remained open, but construction materials occupied parts of the area, the pool stairs were unavailable, and we witnessed both a child and an adult slip and fall in while trying to enter the pool. We also observed construction workers smoking in the pool area and our car got covered in construction dust / debris.When we raised these concerns and the lack of any notification, the hosts maintained that the construction was outside their control, did not bother them, and offered only a discount on a future stay. Their response also referenced the possibility of additional cleaning charges despite our reservation and actual occupants being for the property’s advertised occupancy.If the construction is complete, I would recommend the condo itself. I simply believe guests should be informed in advance when significant construction is expected to affect their stay.
