The condo was very nice, clean, all new stuff. The tennis courts were great. The pool was a little small and the tv's didn't have cable or streaming access to basic channels. Overall a wonderful location though.

What a beautiful condo. We had a lovely 11 days of peace and rest at Sanddollar B302. The view is outstanding. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The porch furniture is cushy and great for long mornings with a cup of coffee. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus (esp with a grandchild). The kitchen is well stocked with just the right amount of pots and pans and utensils - maybe missing a BBQ brush? That’s about it! We loved the intimacy of a smaller resort - just 36 units. The pool was a lovely place to unwind, read, grill and enjoy the sight of palm trees against endless blue skies. The beach offered endless exciting creatures to admire. The owners Patrick and Tina were top notch, the most responsive hosts we’ve ever dealt with on any platform. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Pristine, serene, quiet property with an amazing ocean front view! We’ve stayed at many properties over our last 20 visits to Sanibel and this was the best! Clean, comfortable and modern. The owners were wonderful to work with and they provided thoughtful touches in the condo like phone chargers, coffee pods and beach towels. Beds and bedding were so comfortable-my whole family made comments about how well they were sleeping. We enjoyed drinking morning coffee, watching a rain storm pass and evening cocktails on the patio. Wish we were still there!

Property was absolutely beautiful. Best location for Sanibel. Porch view was a dream and great for long coffee mornings. Restaurants and shopping in close proximity were an added bonus. All in all, super clean rental, lacking nothing! If planning a trip to Sanibel island this would be your place to stay!
