Welcome to Bandy Beach E101- An executive level rental located on Sanibel's highly desirable East End, near the Lighthouse, shopping, and much more! Recently renovated with a discerning fit and finish, featuring Rohl fixtures, ThinQ appliances, and Restoration Hardware furniture, guests can expect only the best from Bandy Beach E101. Located in a townhome style building with only a single other residence, the privacy afforded to guests is also unrivaled among beachfront accommodations on island. For those that value square footage, one of the most unique characteristics of this property is that unlike the claustrophobic tunnel orientation most condos feature, its floor plan is almost as wide as it is long, affording views of the Gulf from every room and a spacious living aesthetic.
The Space:
Bandy Beach E101 is a three bedroom, two bath, residence located on the 1st floor of a two unit townhome building within the coveted Bandy Beach community located at the end of Buttonwood Lane. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Primary Bedroom: Features an expansive layout with king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower, walk in closet, and soaking tub. Features en-suite patio access.
Guest Bedroom 1: Features an expansive layout with king bed and en-suite patio access. Access to hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity.
Guest Bedroom 2: Features two single beds and en-suite access to a private, courtyard facing, balcony. Access to hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity.
Bandy Beach E101 features a large living area with a 70 inch smart TV and sectional sofa. There is a dining room table with seating for six guests adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is located off of the dining area and features ThinQ appliances, and a large wrap around peninsula perfect for crafting gourmet meals. It is extremely well equipped with bakeware, cookware, utensils, and cutlery. There is a walk in pantry and laundry room located off of the kitchen with a sink basin. Between the kitchen and pantry is a private, screened, courtyard facing balcony with seating for two. On the other side of the residence is an expansive beach facing balcony with ample seating. Bandy Beach features a large, heated, communal pool with plenty of seating. It also features a deeded beach access with boardwalk. There is designated under-unit parking and a beach locker equipped with Tommy Bahama beach gear including chairs, a cooler, and umbrella. The townhome building this unit is located within features a private elevator that services the two residences in this building.
This residence can sleep 6 guests comfortably. For additional guests we are able to supply sleeper cots upon request, at an additional cost to the guest. Groups of more than 6 must be requested and approved prior to booking.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to Bandy Beach E101 and associated amenities, including parking, elevator, pool, beach locker, and beach access.
The Neighborhood:
This residence is located within Bandy Beach, which is a community at the end of Buttonwood Lane, just steps from the beach and Sanibel Lighthouse.

We recommend bikes or a golf cart for getting around
Other Things to Note:
We are available as often as needed, but provide guests ample privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and solitude.
Interaction with Guests:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Guests will receive the rental agreement at the time of reservation confirmation.
