Living Area:
The open-concept living room features plush couches and a large flat-screen TV. Wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the ocean.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble-topped island, and all the essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining table comfortably seats a large group and overlooks the beautiful palmetto trees, enhancing the beach atmosphere.

Master Suite: Located on the top floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, private living area, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and ocean views.

Moving forward if this property is available when we head to the beach, it is where we will stay. Amazing view, very clean and well kept property. Everything we needed was there. Check was super easy, and the property management staff were responsive, kind, and very helpful. If you are headed to the beach, grab this property if you can.

Terrific location. House layout terrific with all bedrooms access to bathrooms. The house had limited drinking glasses, but the rental company brought more promptly as well as sent maintenance to oil sliding doors to make them open easier. It would have been helpful if host had listed what was available for beach supplies so that we wouldn’t have had to rent duplicates.

We completely understand how helpful it is to know what to expect for the beach. While there are occasionally items left at the home, we don't list them because they frequently change and we want to ensure every guest has what they need. Because of this, we provide a $275 beach gear credit with VayK for every reservation so guests can select and guarantee their own equipment. We do our best to make this clear in the reservation emails leading up to each guest's stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!

Was the perfect house for our family!! Spacious, beautiful views, comfortable, clean. The exterior doors facing the ocean have seen better days - some of the locks didn't work but we were safe and no one entered when we were not in the house. The kitchen dishes have seen better days as well but we were able to make it work. Loved, loved the ice machine!! Loved the quick access to the beach - at the end so very quiet. Enjoyed watching the surfers and the dolphins :) Was wonderful with our grandchildren. Saw a live crab and went to a turtle watch where they inventoried a nest and found one live little turtle. That just made our grandchildren's visit. The older one (7) also enjoyed some boggie boarding. Wonderful experience. We had other relatives a few houses away and we hosted dinner most nights - plenty of room for all.

Folly Beach Thanksgiving get away

Great house for a mix of older adults and younger college age people. Right on the beach and if you surf bring or rent a board.

Best Beach House

What a wonderful stay at Surfer’s Paradise!! House was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of room and walking out the door to the beach was even better! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic house!!

Awesome location

Pretty home step onto beach out back deck. Plenty of sleeping space and great room to spend together. Sit on back deck and watch sun rise listening to the waves hitting the beach

Great Beachfront Home

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. The home was great. It is a little worn, as to be expected from rentals, but is exceptionally well kept, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens (bring your own beach towels). The porches are incredible with private access to the beach. Very close to downtown Folly Bech. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!

This home has the most beautiful views! We could not have been more happy with this property!

The management company was wonderful to deal with, and made us feel like any needs we had were of the utmost importance. The beach was quiet and peaceful when we were here, and the views from the decks were in incredible. We would definitely rent this home again!

October wedding stay

Absolutely wonderful time! We couldn’t ask fi”for a better location. We came for our daughters wedding on Folly Island and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, it could use a little updating but we had a wonderful time and the ocean front location was great!

Perfect Beachfront Location

Great house for a large group or family. Lots of room and bathrooms. Large dining table was great at meal time. The view out the floor to ceiling windows can't be beat. Just steps from the water's edge. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider a return visit.

Surfer’s Paradise

The process for renting the property was very easy. We loved the property and location and will definitely plan to rent again. Some updates such as comfort of beds and efficiency of HVAC system would be great! Overall it was a wonderful home and location for our family. Thank you for opening your home to us.
