Kelly, we are sorry that you had a hard time relaxing during your vacation. We want to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their time at this property. Our concierge service was in touch with you throughout your stay and did not hear of any issues with the bugs until your last day. We do our absolute best to keep them out of the house with frequent spraying and even having pest control come back out when there is an issue like this. Once we were notified about this, we immediately had pest control re-treat the property. Unfortunately between the warm summer month and all the rain we have had, it is hard for us to control it all even when we do everything in our power to midgate them. As we mentioned, our concierge team is here for our guests throughout their stay to help with any issues that pop up.

Thank you for staying with us on your recent trip to Charleston. I am sorry for your experience. That way, we'd have had a chance to discuss or respond to your complaints. Had you notified us about these issues while you were in town, our team would have addressed where possible, & some of your frustration might have very easily been remedied. We will inspect the unit so nobody else has a similar experience, though you are the first guest with this specific issue. Thank you for letting us know. We are glad you enjoyed the house, Kendall! Our concierge always askes our guests if it is alright to perform any work during their stay and we are happy to hold off if the guest prefers. After asking about the two items, one outside of the property and one inside the property, that needed to be addressed, you were very understanding and we thank you for that.
