Folly Beach Sept girls trip

We stayed at Sea Breeze Villa for my birthday weekend. It was clean, beautiful, spacious enough for 10 women- each room with its own bathroom was a plus! It was steps from the beach and center street where there were a lot of great restaurants and shops! It was just a short drive from Charleston. Perfect location and the owners were very responsive to any questions I had . If you’re traveling with a large family or group, this is the place you want to stay!

Second time staying

This is the second year in a row my family has stayed here for fall break. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the ocean view from the porch. The house is comfortable for a large group, but be aware the acoustics are pretty awful - sound Carrie’s easily with lots of echo, making hard to move around the house without waking others. But otherwise great and we would stay again

Lovely spacious home!

Lovely home with plenty of space! The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants, and right across from beach access.

Family vacation

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our group. The kids loved sharing a room! The location to the public beach access is hard to beat while still being close to Center Street. Thanks for a great spring break!

This property was a great fit for our party of 9. It was beautifully situated right across from the beach and within a short walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The only thing that was sub-par was the lock on the front door was not fully functional so we had do come and go from the other entrance. The place was clean and had everything we needed though and the amazing porch out front and double master bedrooms were perfect for our group.

Folly Beach

This house was clean and in a great location with beach access across the street. Covered parking was one of the reasons we booked this house. Eight beds was exactly what we needed for our party. Bathrooms were in great condition. Kitchen had all the necessary stuff to prepare meals.

Such a wonderful spot with great views! We loved watching the sun rise from our porch. Well-stocked kitchen helped make mealtimes a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and perfect location, across from the beach with ocean views and close to shops. Would have loved to see a little more furniture in the living room area. The area is huge but echos a lot because of the minimal furnishings. What is there was comfortable though. Bedrooms were nicely furnished. Loved the amount of bathrooms. Normal wear and tear from a rental property. All in all great place and host was very accessible if needed.

Weekend Boys Trip

Had a wonderful stay here, great beach access in a fun community. Enjoyed a day at the golf course and chartered a fishing trip in this area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice home!

Spacious home perfect for families or two couples with kids. Ocean view and the most convenient access to the beach. We appreciated that the home was clean and very well maintained. Would stay again!

A Keeper

Very much enjoyed our recent stay at Sea Breeze Villa on Folly Beach. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the local restaurants and the beach. Having a full bath in all of the bedrooms was a plus too. It's a great home for families and groups of friends. Nice amenities and pet friendly.

Great location!

Would stay again! Great spot for a large group right next to the beach access and a short walk to main strip. Plenty of parking too. Overall, great communication heading towards the trip as well.
