The inside was clean but needed a new shower liner(molded). The bed in the master is very tall. I think the photo of the hot tub is deceiving. I also think for the price you should be able to watch tv without logging in to your own accounts for example Netflix,

We had a great time at the white dove. It was super peaceful outside. We loved the hot tub and had everything that you would need (games, coffee, etc). It was easy to get to and not hard to find. It was a great weekend stay at the White Dove.

The tap water actually is City water which comes from Nelsonville!

House was clean, clear instructions from the host on how to get there with current construction in the area, and suited our needs for a weekend of hiking in Hocking Hills. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but for what we did, it had all the utensils we needed. It was rainy so we didnt use the fire put like we would have liked. Hot tub worked good.

The home was clean and nicely decorated. The location is relatively remote and most areas of the Hocking Hills State Park area for visitors requires a drive of over 30 minutes. The home is a double wide manufactured home and is therefore weak on structural integrity and mechanical equipment though adequate for basic needs for the most part. The hot tub was a nice feature! The home thermostat didn't seem to be wired properly resulting in the A/C not operating according to the thermostat settings. The wifi didn't seem to work consistently and we were not able to get the TV's to operate. For a two night stay, we found the accomodations satisfactory. The beds were very good.

This house was perfect for two smaller families. Cute decor, plenty of space for everyone, two bathrooms, tvs in all bedrooms and living room. I loved that they included plenty of towels and toilet paper, trash bags, extra blankets. This house had everything you need. We cooked multiple meals, grilled some brats. The location was convenient to the lake for kayaking and fishing and the forest for hiking. Enjoyed the sunset from the front porch and, had many laughs in the hottub. I would definitely return and recommend it.

House was a cute little house but there was some problems with it. There were ants on the kitchen counters and lights in master bathroom didn't work (someone was sent out to fix). One of the lights in the master bathroom had an electrical problem. There was poop on the toilet seat and pee on the floor in the small bathroom. The shelves in the shower in the master bathroom had soap rings in it. The hot tub was low on water. It didn't cover all the jets. The water in the hottub was very cloudy looking. I was told a cleaner was coming out Thursday to check the hot tub and give more towels and no one showed up. I messaged the host about it and never got a response back. I had to wash towels late at night when we got back so we had towels. There was a strong musty smell in the house and we bought candles to try to mask the smell. One of pillows in the master bedroom was old and nasty looking. Grass was unkept and needed mowed. Looks like it had been weeks since it was last mowed. The porch with the hot tub was covered with debris and we had to sweep it off. There were holes in the siding on the outside. In my opinion, it looks like the cleaners do a half a** job. The house definitely needs some TLC work. But it was a place to rest our heads at night after a busy day. We will not stay here again.

The White Dove had all the amenities we were looking for and plenty of room for our family vacation. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire pit where we roasted smores and mini Super Nintendo. It was nice to BBQ and not have to worry about the propane tank. It also was a very short drive to the Jellystone Park where we enjoyed a day there. The property was for the most part updated and clean with the exception of some stains on the towels, some of the dishes were dirty (still had food on them) and previous guests left their food including spoiled milk in the fridge. Someone had tried to get the most out of the laundry detergent and put water in it but thankfully we had brought our own. We would stay there again as it was comfortable and about 20-30 minutes from town and Hocking Hills area.
