This home exceeded all my expectations. Each room had its own personal bathroom!!! The master bedroom has two full bathrooms. I was completely satisfied at this point. But the amenities were endless the pool was beautiful, the view of the golf course was great. The kitchen / dining area allowed our family the space to reminisce and laugh together. All my favorite stores were close to the home. We had an amazing time!!

Great home for a large group. Beautiful sunsets by the pool or from the hot tub. Plenty of space for a big group with living areas to accommodate spreading out a bit. Property management communicates well and house is stocked with what is needed to enjoy the time at the house. Would stay again.

There is plenty of space! But it didn’t feel cold or empty. Communication with the host was timely and very kind.

House was very clean. All of the necessary amenities were there and easy to access. I have this property saved for the next family trip to Pheonix.

The property did not appear how it was displayed online. Multiple beds had bed bugs and there were stains on the walls/in the kitchen. Chairs were broken outside and my nephew was bitten by the bed bugs. Disgusting!

We truly were looking for a ONE OF A KIND place to stay with our family coming into Phoenix for graduation. This place seemed to check ALL the boxes and even though we had some hiccups along the way, the management team was responsive to our needs and the issues that arose. We trust that with excellent communication between them and us, they are / will work out the details of the issues so that future guests will not have the same experience. In the end, we ALL agreed, it was THE PERFECT place for our family to stay. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of space for our family graduation dinner and the pool / hot tub / bean bags / and putting green was such a bonus!!I'd love for them to take a photo of the board games they have at the house, as we brought 2 very heavy games from MN for the stay only to find out they had both of them!!Also, they stated they don't have pool towels, and they do. Save some space in your luggage and just use theirs.The pool was not heated but it was 86 most days so it was perfect temperature!!A definite must stay! PS: The neighborhood is NICE!!!! Felt very safe walking every morning!! Even by myself!! The neighborhood is a 10 / 10

This property is north of Phoenix. About a 30 minute drive to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale, and more if going to Tempe. However the neighborhood is very nice and feels very safe. The house smells like cats but you get used to it. It really needs a good deep clean. Had wasp nest on the front and back porch and they came to take them down the next day. Had a toilet running the entire time. Broke cabinet that the door almost hit my sister in the head when getting more towels. The trashcan was gross, it needed a deep clean under the lid. There was hair in the sheets of one of the twin beds. The top of the washer was filthy. The back porch could have been better cleaned and some of the cushions are starting to tear. The ice bucket in the freezer was broken and would overfill with ice because the lever would not work when it got too full. I did love that we had a washer and dryer. We loved that there were plenty of towels and beach towels. Loads of ironing boards. Leather seats that were easy to wipe down. All and all we made the best of it and had plenty of room for the 8 of us.

House was great - exactly like pictures! Pool was very dirty upon check in - algae, etc. but it was the day before service. One shower drain would not drain, so it was unusable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great space with lots of room. The bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus. Overall great experience. Would stay again!
