This was our second stay at the property and it was consistently great both times.The Trinity style may not appeal to all renters.

We used it simply as a place to sleep and keep our things for a few nights. It was great for what we needed this trip! Some pro's and con's (if we would have spent more time).Pros:Very clean Beds are comfortable Had all the basic needs covered!Great location (walking distance to everything you need) Easy on time communication from host for check-in/check-out.Cons: I knew there would be steps and this property wasn't handicap accessible. But I wish the true amount of steps would have been made more clear. I'll describe it this way for other fellow out of towner's, "It's a house in a big elevator shaft with a spiral staircase connecting each room". Definitely not idle for older people or any type of mobility struggles. One remote for three TV's....No coffee makerDownstairs bedroom had mattress cover and comforter (no sheets)

Interactions with the host were pleasant. Love the neighborhood and the vicinity to Italian Market, great restaurants and 4th St vintage shops. The apartment itself is fine, especially if you only intend to use the bedroom on the top floor. One of us who used the bedroom in the basement did not sleep well both nights due to a noisy HVAC system that is directly beside the bed. Maybe the closet housing the HVAC system could be insulated somehow? Upon our departure, dirty, moldy dishes were found in the dishwasher. Kitchen has only the VERY basics - does not have a coffee maker. The narrow, windy staircase is only for the fully able. A bit more attention from the host and this will be a much better spot!
