Great place to stay! Nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water for five (5) people to shower at night. The apartment is close to a grocery store and restaurants. Although it only has street parking, we were always able to find a spot relatively quickly on the side streets. It is part of the city living experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our events at the Navy Yard & Lincoln Financial Field and check-in was incredibly easy. Our host was amazing—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Clean, modernly updated, comfortable rental, very conveniently located to the arena. Appreciated the assortment of teas and welcoming communication with the host. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area of Philly. We worried ahead of time about parking, but did not have issues finding street parking, even with snow piles. Thank you!

The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend

Anh was a wonderful host from the very beginning, and everything about our stay was perfect! Our flight was cancelled and so we ended up getting in very late with no time to stop at a shop for provisions, but there was coffee, cream and even sweetened condensed milk for my coffee in the morning and its just these little things that can make a big difference when you are far away from home! The property is wonderful and everything was clean and worked well, having access to laundry is a lifesaver when traveling with kids and limited suitcase space! Will definitely stay here again when we visit South Philly, thank you so much Anh!

The process to check-in was very easy. The facilities were clean and stocked.Wi-Fi was easily accessible. The area surrounding the home had plenty of shopping choices from gas stations, to a grocery stores, to plenty of food options for eat out or delivery. We used Uber to get around so I am not sure how accessible other transportation options are but the Uber was very quick. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others traveling to this area.

Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my siblings to see a Phillies game. Property was exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Well stocked with coffee and tea options. Bedrooms are perfect size with comfortable mattress and bedding. TV’s in every room. Location was surprisingly very quiet. Convenient location from the PHL airport (~ 15 min Uber ride). Walkable to Citizens Bank Park (~1.5 miles). We walked safely back after a Phillies game. Host was very responsive. Overall, excellent experience. I highly recommend this property. I am looking forward to visiting again.

This property is as advertised, meaning it’s as nice & clean inside as the pictures indicate! I’ll break it down for anyone considering this booking…House: easy entry/exit plan communicated well in advance by host; clean & spacious inside; honestly enough room to have 6-8 people stay given there are three rooms upstairs & one in the basement (all with beds), plus a decent-sized futon-like sofa couch in the living room; living room TV is massive & there are three others in the house.Neighborhood/Parking: older, but the street this house is on is fine; no issues with street parking (we lucked out grabbing a spot in front upon arrival); car was safe in same spot for 4 days; recommend getting parked on arrival & using Lyft/Uber to get around places that are further away!Attractions nearby include Philly Sports Complex (Phillies, Eagles & 76ers) within 1.5 miles & walkable; Independence Hall & other like attractions 2.5 miles (take car service & walk around there, it’s easy!); Reading Terminal Market 2.5 miles (car service every AM for breakfast!).Overall a great stay & host was proactive in communicating! Request for no Glade Plug-Ins to be in-house if you’re sensitive to strong scents.
